Modern fully renovated apartment near the city center and the Avignon train station for 4 people with a nice spacious room (queen size bed) and a sofa bed (real queen size mattress) in the living room. Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioning. Sheets and towels will be provided. Note that the check-in is between 15h and 21h and the check-out until 11h. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 4th floor accessible by elevator.

• A friendly lounge: TV, coffee table, dining table for 4 people, sofa bed for 2 people (with a real queen size mattress 160 x 200), a French window gives access to the balcony.
• Light and bright kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils.
• A spacious bedroom: queen size bed, bedside table.
• Bathroom well appointed: bath, sink with mirror, washing machine.
• Separate toilets.
You can also enjoy an outside equipped with:
• A small balcony with a dining table for 2 people.
