Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat ein Bad und eine zusätzliche Toilette und ist daher für mehrere Personen, eine Familie mit Kindern, oder mehrere Einzelpersonen gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und ist daher etwas laut. Die guten Jalousien und die Klimaanlage sorgen aber dafür, dass man ruhig schlafen kann.
