The location is excellent. The rooms are bright, spacious, and very cozy. They have everything you could need for your vacation. The staff is very welcoming, I would even say friendly. I'd especially like to mention the woman who cleans the rooms; she does a great job. The rooms are always perfectly clean and tidy. The internet in the room was a bit weak, and it would occasionally drop out. But that's not a problem. Overall, the apartments and the complex as a whole look as if they were built a year ago; everything is so fresh and modern. The beach is just a minute's walk away, and it's absolutely gorgeous in this area, with good sand. Rethymno is about 1.5-2 km away. But that's actually a good thing; you can take a stroll after dinner and visit the various shops along the way. We loved everything, and if we return to Rethymno again, Visperi will definitely be one of our top choices for accommodation.

The internet might be a bit weak. And there might also be a few trash containers near the entrance to the complex. There was a time when the bins were overflowing, and people were dumping trash next to them. The trash quickly developed an unpleasant odor in the sun. However, the bins were soon cleaned, and the problem was resolved. I also noticed that in our room, when the air conditioner was running, the outdoor unit with the fan produced an unpleasant vibration and noise. You couldn't hear it from the balcony, but it was noticeable when you were lying in bed at night. Apparently, the vibration was transmitted through the wall. The sound was similar to someone trying to climb a mountain on a motorcycle in the distance, or cutting metal with a disk. At first, we even thought someone was doing renovations nearby at night. However, these are minor issues that don't detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

Great room size, location is perfect close to see and some good local restaurants in walking distance, easy access to the center, some big supermarkets around the corner. Room is cleaned every other day and refreshed every day. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Was big win finding a room that good later in the season. Having breakfast on the balcony is easy, table and chairs are there. And decent size to hang all your beach stuff in the end of the day.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hosts were also very responsive and genuinely kind, always ready to help when needed. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
