Well located close to the city of Rethymnon, shower glass door small and water was floating

Well located close to the city of Rethymno the apartment was spacious and luminous. Room service was provided daily and the room was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The street is calm and you can find supermarkets and bakeries nearby.

Although the bathroom has been recently renovated, the shower needs a bigger glass cover as water is floating. As a result, the bathroom was continuously wet and muddy.

Good value for the money

Big compliments to the staff who kindly let us check into one room earlier so we could leave our luggage. We are also very grateful to the receptionist who went out of her way to secure us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted. The beds are very comfortable, and we warmly recommend this place

A comfortable room with air conditioning — we were especially impressed by the welcome gift upon check-in. Great location — quiet and cozy. The sea, supermarkets, and delicious tavernas are all nearby.

Pleasant and peaceful

The property is in a very good location, with a spacious parking place and close to both the beach and the city center. The apartment was clean, had lots of amenities and the host was very friendly and helpful with navigating our holiday and renting a car. Thanks again!:)

Everything like on the fotos! New, modern and stylish furniture, with amazingly big and comfortable bed! We took a bit cheaper and smaller double room with a small bathroom, but when is to speak about the ratio payed/recieved, we recieved more than we payed. The service in Hotel is 100% kind and helpful. Helped us to move around Crete, what to visit, where to eat good food. So nice! Thank you young lady! The location is in peacfull piece of living area, and cca 3-4 min from the beach where we stayed every day of our vaccation. In between apartment and beach, there are plenty of restaurants and shops and some nice Gyros FastFood! 4 min to walk is a washing place where you can wash up to 10kg of clothes for 3.50E. Happy, we continue our trip on a Crete. Thank You Remi's Hotel, see ya'!

Great value for money

Clean, comfortable and good location ( 5-10 minute drive out of town, or a 6eu taxi). Lots of restaurants around and the beach is a few minutes away (walking). The receptionist was super friendly and provided some great recommendations!

Good value for money and perfect for people who want a quite holiday near the beach

Very clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price. The closest beach is only a 4-5 min walk.

There are only two parking spots and it's a very narrow small street, making the parking experience not the most pleasant. The city center is only a 5 min drive, but more than 40 min walking distance. So you need to be with car when going downtown. But there are a lot of taverns and restaurants nearby so not necessarily a minus

We will be back!

Only a 5 minute walk from the beach in a very touristy and safe area. The hosts were super friendly, we even got a little welcome gift. Our room got cleaned everyday, which was also very positively surprising! The room itself is super spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a convenient kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and very modern, made us feel very comfortable for the whole stay! There are several supermarkets near by in case eating out is getting too expensive. All in all a great place to stay at!

Nice but dirty

The apartament looks nice but we are not satisfied with the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable however we got stains on the sheet and one dirty towel. The desk was sticky due to not being cleaned. We got a leaflet with crumbs inside. Everyday service was poor as well (included only change of towels - not the dirty one!- making the bed and cleaning the floor).

Pretty room, comfortable bed.

The hotel says it has parking which they don’t. They used to rent a parking place which they don’t anymore because of covid. I only found out when I went to park the car there and I was told off by the parking owner who told me it is a private parking and they DO NOT have a cooperation with the hotel anymore. We had to park on the side streets which are extremely narrow. I asked the hotel to deal with the parking owners but of course they didn’t. The first day we arrived, we found a big cockroach in the kitchen cupboard where the plates are!!! We were told that there were more cockroaches in other rooms too! This is simply unacceptable. They should have done a fumigation before they welcomed guests. The bathroom was very small and although the cleaner did clean our room every day there was rust in the bathroom furniture and the balcony chairs. There is no view whatsoever from the room/ balcony. Lastly, there is no reception at the hotel, there was nobody there to address any issues besides the cleaner.

Very comfortable place

Nice design (IKEA), good air conditioning, VERY GOOD BEDS (like in 5 star hotel such Intercontinental), staff is really helpful and acting fast.

Place is really new, but you can see some small details like broken toilet paper handle, bed lamp broken - just touch and its falling down etc. Owner should look more into maintenance of small details that are not so really important, but leave you with some distaste. Besides this small things - all good!

Nice style of the rooms and close to the beach

We were disapponited with the apartament - It was in the basement with no possibility to open the windows and dark. Nowhere in the offer it was written it is going to be like this. What is even worse in our kids room we found the cockroach 😱the kids were terrified... and there was no one ever at the reception- we have complained to some lady that was managing the towels but I am not sure she even understood what we were complaining about...

Amazing beds at this property!

The most comfortable beds in Crete!! We slept very well in this apartment. It was cosy, intimate, clean and well located. The host, Marianna was extremely nice, helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Posizione eccellente, vicinissima al mare e a pochi chilometri dal centro per il ritrovo serale. Ha un piccolo parcheggio dedicato e la camera è di recente ristrutturazione, bagno piccolissimo ma davvero grazioso, letto super comodo con materasso alto e topper come piace tanto a noi!!! Il personale caloroso ed accogliente, disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Molto consigliato!

Piccolo difetto è che non l’affaccio è basso e su strada quindi è necessario abbassare le serrande per avere un po’ di privacy. Il frigorifero non era pulitissimo ma per un soggiorno breve ci siamo accontentati

Buena ubicación, pero percance con las cucharachas.

Lo que más me gustó fue la cama y el balcón. Cama muy cómoda, y el balconcito imprescindible. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, y venían a hacer la cama todos los días. Aparcamiento tanto en el apartamento, o en un parking que hay en la parte trasera. No tuvimos ningún problema con aparcar.

Nos aparecieron cucarachas en los armarios de la cocina. (3 que nosotros hayamos visto). Desde el apartamento, nos dieron solución y ese día, al no poder cocinar por los huevos que habían dejado las cucharachas, nos invitaron a cenar al restaurante que hay al lado de casa y al día siguiente, nos limpiaron bien la habitación. Aun así, ese miedo de volver a encontrarnos cucharachas, no nos dejaron disfrutar al 100% del apartamento. Por otro lado, el congelador no congela del todo bien, por lo que en verano, con esos calores, debería de mejorar.
