The rooms were wonderful, with beautiful views, spotless cleanliness, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, right next to a taxi stand, which is incredibly convenient, especially during the busy summer months in Crete. However, what made this stay truly unforgettable was not the accommodation itself, but the people. I am a 25-year-old student from Thessaloniki studying in Rethymno. During my stay, I injured my lower back quite badly and found myself in severe pain, struggling even to walk. As soon as they realized what had happened and understood the pressure I was under because of my exam period, they immediately stepped in to help. Michalis, in particular, went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. At one point, he literally supported and carried me so I could move around. When he saw me crying from the pain and stress, he even offered to drive me to my university so I would not miss an important exam-period class. Mrs. Eleni (I apologize if I have remembered the name incorrectly) was equally kind and caring throughout the entire experience. Without me even asking, they moved me to another room so I would not have to deal with stairs, and they did so at no extra cost. Not only that, but because I was in so much pain, they packed and transferred all of my belongings and luggage to the new room themselves. They provided me with medication, checked on me several times a day, and constantly made sure I was okay, knowing that I was traveling and staying alone. This was not just hospitality. These were people who made me feel like family during one of the most difficult moments of my life. Their kindness made me feel safe, supported, and far less afraid while I was dealing with the injury on my own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for everything you did for me. When I return, I hope I can find some way to repay your kindness.

Such a great rate for a wonderful experience. Location was perfect, roof top terrace watching the sunset was magic.

About garden view room need more information. Room is good for couple days stay but not for 2 weeks stay. It was not for me. It is very small and dark room. When you came in after sunlight you even can't find doors key. I never seen so small shower. I'm small person but was difficult to take shower. All water gone on floor till sink. It is definitely not for chubby persons. You can hear neighborhood, upstairs when they go to toilet and shower and then they flushing feeling is like you are under waterfall. I think there is drain going in wall and you can hear all time draining. Refrigerator is so close and noisy at nights it wake you up sometime. Very poor kitchen utilities. Knifes is for butter, if you want to cut something it's impossible. Very limited kitchen utilities. But as i said for few day stay is fine if you are all time traveling around and stay just for sleep. Room is overpriced. I moved out after 4 days and owner was not happy what is understandable but in same time attitude changed from polite to quite nasty and rude.
