Nikki was extremely attentive and accommodating. Really nice touch to give us a token gift on departure.

Cleanliness and facilities excellent. Location was great with easy access to the beach, rest and shopping. Old town within 10 minutes walk.

The apartment fulfilled my expectations

Very good location, super clean (including building premises) and a lovely host who provided lots of info about surrounding places and attractions! I would surely recommend the place. Truly sea view on the terrace.

I stayed mid September and I could find park spot on the street (free public parking) farely easy. In full season it might not be that easy.

Great beach location

Friendly welcome on arrival with some lovely treats left in room for us. Lots of information offered and they pre ordered us a taxi for an early departure. Everything you expected to find in an apartment was there. Lovely beach view and lots of restaurants close by

Great stay

Great location; the host waited for me to handover the keys and give me a brief information about the local area which is key for someone who is the first time visit the area. Although the apartment has no parking included, but you can always find a free parking spot, just drive around the blocks, I have had no issues in finding a parking spot.

NO RUNNING WATER

If you would like to pay for a luxury apartment accommodation that is cleaned only once during an eight night stay, and have running water only for two and a half days, drag water bottles to have a middle-age cold water basic personal hygiene with pots and pans, having daily communication with the landlord about the issue who is persuading you that this is an issue all over Crete, when you see that all the houses next door have running water, then this is the place of your choice. In the interim, when we requested adequate remuneration in the form of 50% money refund, we got one six bottle pack of water, two avocados, and an offering for a hairdresser appointment (that we found humiliating to even consider) and daily landlord hope that the sitiation will improve. Thank you, Booking.com. I am a Genius 2 level customer with a perfect track record, and will not be using your services any time soon, as I never received any support regarding my officially submitted complaint, trusting a deceiving landlord who states that we had water four days of our eight nigth stay. Finally, my sister who was staying in the apartment with me and had a booking paid for her and her husband in June, cancelled the entire stay due to our lovely accommodation experience. The landlord left two small towels as a departure gift as a sign of appreciation, that we can use at home as we have runniing water in our homes...

The host was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave great recommendations on WhatsApp. She even kept some food I forgot in the fridge. The apartment had a huge terrace with great view of sunrises and sunsets over the sea.

The bathtub was stuck with sand but they promised they will fix it. After all the hotel was right at the beach.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay at the Apartment exceeded all expectations. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything one could ask for. The location was truly unbeatable — just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short stroll to the charming old town. But what really made our stay special was our host. Her genuine care for our comfort made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

Convenient apartment with a great view

This apartment is perfect for a couple who want a place that is easily accessible to the beach, surrounding beaches and some shops. The beach is across the road and can be see from the balcony. There are plenty of nearby shops, or a 15 min walk to Old Town. The host is caring and wants to ensure your stay is perfect.

Nice owner, was responsive, and let us stay longer on the checkout day. The room has a beautiful view from the balcony. It had sunbeds and an umbrella, so since it's right across the street to the beach, we have not even needed to rent umbrellas on the beach. It had a well-equipped kitchen, but some sharper knives would have been nice to have. I'm pretty sure if I'd have asked the owner, she would have given us some.

Niki ist eine außergewöhnlich liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ich kann den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt bei ihr empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Es gibt ausreichend Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Rethymnon.

Voor 2 personen een ruim appartement met klein balkon. Prachtig uitzicht op zee. Niki was zeer gastvrij en onderhield regelmatig contact persoonlijk en via WhatsApp. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf!!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sehr nahe der Altstadt. Blick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, super sauber und Niki, die Gastgeberin, war nicht nur unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, sondern machte den Aufenthalt durch kleine zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeiten noch angenehmer. So standen als Begrüßung nicht nur frisches Obst (Apfel, Banane Birne) und Getränke bereit, sondern auch liebevoll ausgewählte griechische Spezialitäten zur kleinen Stärkung (Brotscheiben, Oliven, Schafskäse, Tomaten, gesalzene Nüsse, Loukoumi Geroskipou und eine kleine Flasche Raki). Im Schrank befand sich auch noch einmal eine erste Essensreserve. Im Bad standen, wie in einem Hotel, kleine Flaschen mit Duschgel, Lotion, Schampoo und Haarkur bereit.. Für die vorhandene Waschmaschine gab es auch Wächetabs. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Straße ist am Abend etwas lauter.
