Great time, I recommend this place!

Great localisation next to the sea - amazing view, almost city center - for a short walk from the old town. Nice stuff, clean, friendly.

The hotel is next to the street so it was a little bit loud but it didn't disturb us. We had nice time sightseeing so we were tired enough to fall asleep quickly.

Location was great, close to old town, parking across the road (paid and free if you have patience to wait) staff were attentive but obviously a little tired after a long season. All in all a very pleasing stay

We ate out most of the time but kitchenette left a lot to be desired. No lighting, broken microwave very basic. Shower 50cm x50cm no shower curtain, floors were flooded after every shower. Furniture was quite a miss match of different pieces . Creating quite a clutter in the room. Missing as usual was a decent luggage rack. Tourists travel with luggage so if you don't want your furniture used as luggage stands...supply some.

Sometimes it was hard to make fresh air in the room, but the air condition was working, so it helped a lot! The fridge didn’t work as cold as we wanted to.

Do not stay.

Location was ok however Road noise was an issue. It had a balcony that overlooked the marina and was walking distance to the ferry.

Woke up to no electricity or water, so no air conditioning, no shower and no lift. Very basic and in need of some serious renovation. Staff were rude and told us not to use the air conditioning. Dirty curtains that did not shut off the light and poorly fitted patio doors that did not shut off the road noise.

Perfect location where you can cook for yourself and afford to stay in Crete longer

Location, style, excellent helpful reception staff manager. Equipped kitchen so you don’t always have to eat at restaurants. The serological museum is a perfect size, easily fitted into a morning or afternoon, and close to eateries.

Really nice apartment with a great location

We really loved the apartment. The host gave us a very warm welcome and always responded to our messages right away. Even though we arrived very late, she was able to meet us downstairs at the restaurant and hand over the keys. The view and the location were absolutely beautiful. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the old town and even less—around 5 minutes—to get to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Whenever we had any questions or issues, the host was always reachable and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime.

We were missing one or two things in the kitchen, but otherwise the equipment was fine.

Our stay was excellent! Great location with incredible view from the room. The town was very close as well as the beach and you can walk everywhere. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The room was spotless and for us that was very important. it also had a great view of the sea and right from downstairs you could go for a swim in the sea. the hosts were very kind and helped us with whatever we needed. also right downstairs there is a very nice restaurant where we ate breakfast every day at a very good price. we will definitely visit again!!

I would not recommend

I liled the location, right across rethymno beach, which is big and organized and it is close to downtown, but still not too crowded like downtown. The room was pretty soundproof.

It was not clean when we checked in, hair on the floor, garbage full in the kitchen, sheets and towels stained, kitchen furniture not whiped (the fronts). They advertise daily housekeeping, but they only cleaned our room once in 5 days (for one day, I told them they don't need to do housekeeping) When I arrived, they asked me to pay a tax, 1,5 euro per night, whereas when you book through booking, it says from de the beggining that all taxes are included in the fare. Besides, after I booked and payed via booking, I received the summary of what I paid and that 1,5euro tax per night was included in the ammount I paid. Pay attention to what housings are asking you. Double check everything. I did not like that there was no one at the reception. The internet did not work at all, except for the first day we arrived. The bathroom is too small. The furniture in the room is quite worn. You do not have dishsoap or dishcloth to do your dishes, but they are not doing them for you either that one time they come in to do the cleaning.

Location is perfect - right at the beach, close to the old town and many restaurants. Next to the entrance there is a nice place you can get a coffee or a sandwich ... appartment was very nice and comfortable. There is a huge parking right next to the hotel

Nice location, no parking

Location is great, 10min walk from the old town. It has a handy kitchen, and the view is something else, you would be able to see the old town and the main Beach.

The shower is horrible, the glass doesnt cover the rest of the restroom so you will splash everwhere. Parking is a pain in your neck, so if you go by car Im not sure its a good idea.

Sea view apartment

Nice apartment on the seafront, good size room with balcony and nice view.

There was only someone on the reception from 9am-3pm, we arrived at 9pm and found an envelope on the desk behind an unlocked front door. It says luggage storage is available, however they only have a small stairwell next to the desk to store the luggage, which is of course unguarded after 3pm so completely non-secure.

Worn out building but first line sea. Small room, has all the basics, but no soundproof. You can hear everyone even if he sneezes. no regrets, but really basic room. No parking available as well. But a street across of the port parking. Staff is incredibly helpful.

Room says executive room with panoramic view this is not so. Bed dipped on 1 side. Plastic netting on balcony. Wardrobe door won't close. Shower floods.

Close to the city center and the beach

The room is very small (actually the photographer who took the photos is very good!!) The bathroom is tiny and with a disgusting curtain placed in the le wrong way so you can’t shower! And it doesn’t have any ventilation The room si soooo noisy that you can only sleep with closed windows It is really expensive for what it offers
