The position close to the beach but 10 minute walk to the old town. The manager and staff were delightful and were very helpful with a happy personality. Good WiFi makes a nice change!

Its location on the main road means you get lots of traffic, we expected this when we chose the property. It’s interesting to watch the activity by day, thankfully the double glazing works well against the sound except for the late night boy racers. But you would hear this noise in other locations in the town.

Close to the old town, beach across the street, quit even the hotel is in the Main Street. Clean, amazing host.

Fani was amazing, friendly welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was just a 15 minute stroll to the old town and was very clean

Shower head holder was broken and couldn't be fixed but it was a minor issue

I liled the location, right across rethymno beach, which is big and organized and it is close to downtown, but still not too crowded like downtown. The room was pretty soundproof.

It was not clean when we checked in, hair on the floor, garbage full in the kitchen, sheets and towels stained, kitchen furniture not whiped (the fronts). They advertise daily housekeeping, but they only cleaned our room once in 5 days (for one day, I told them they don't need to do housekeeping) When I arrived, they asked me to pay a tax, 1,5 euro per night, whereas when you book through booking, it says from de the beggining that all taxes are included in the fare. Besides, after I booked and payed via booking, I received the summary of what I paid and that 1,5euro tax per night was included in the ammount I paid. Pay attention to what housings are asking you. Double check everything. I did not like that there was no one at the reception. The internet did not work at all, except for the first day we arrived. The bathroom is too small. The furniture in the room is quite worn. You do not have dishsoap or dishcloth to do your dishes, but they are not doing them for you either that one time they come in to do the cleaning.
