The apartment has everything you need, a kitchen with all the utensils and equipment, a good bathroom with a washing machine and a comfortable bed. There was a fan too, which came in very handy. It's a very secure location, so there was little to no outside noise, which made sleeping very comfortable.
Nothing, but if I'm being nit-picky, there was nowhere to hang your washed clothes on, unless I mis saw a clothes rack

Very helpful when we had questions.
Nothing seemed to be a problem. Fast response.
Toilet flush played up but that’s not a reflection on the place because it was great

Good location.
There was an additional charge for parking, which was not ideal. The room had dust under the bed, the furniture was of very poor quality, and there were bugs in the kitchen, no air conditioning.
