Cute apartments with parking. Kitchen have a lot of supplies which is nice.
I think this apartment kinda small for 3 adults, because the main room is tiny.

Everything seems shabby: chipped furniture, missing paint, mosquito nets ripped, curtains not properly hanging, worn out sofa
Ventilation in bathroom not working
Small bed
Rather complex instructions (could be moe precise and shorter)
