Portovo Riverside Suites by Lion Apartments Gdańsk

Buena ubicación

Все чисто, необхідний посуд є, гарний інтерʼєр, нова будівля, чай, кава, цукор теж є, це дуже зручно.

Łatwy self check-in, dobra lokalizacja, czysto i były wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty - dużo naczyń, żelazko, ekspres, pralka itd.

Minimalna ilość produktów dostępnych dla gości - jak kapsułki do kawy, herbata, czy nawet papier toaletowy.

- Apartments location - Comfortable bed and other furnishings including bathroom

I can see that the owner took extra care to make this apartment nice, but I am completely dissatisfied with the management. The apartment we rented did not match the pictures shown on the main page. I was told that those photos were taken in a different apartment managed by the same company, and that I should have clicked on the specific room I wanted to stay in (just like with hotels). But this is an apartment, not a hotel, and I don't care what other apartments look like! Another thing is that the address provided was wrong (it showed Mostek 4 on Booking, but it was actually Mostek 2). I could demand compensation for getting the wrong apartment, but I don't want to waste my time. Simply put—would you be attracted by pictures of a luxury apartment, decide to book it, and end up missing the information that THIS IS NOT the actual apartment you will be staying in? I bet you would. This is exactly how Lion Apartments operates. Another guest wrote a similar review below, expressing the same disappointment.
