Dobra lokalizacja, przyjemny kontakt z biurem.

Informacja odnośnie możliwości parkowania i miejscu wejścia do budynku mogły by być bardziej precyzyjne w otrzymanym z kodem smsie.

The flat condition is good and it was clean

I travel to Poland frequently, and many properties use self-check-in systems with access codes. Typically, bookings offer free cancellation until a few days before arrival, after which the payment is automatically charged. In this case, the apartment listing stated "Pay during your stay," which means the platform would not charge my card in advance. Booking.com can only charge guests in cases of no-shows or late cancellations when payments are taken at the property. According to the property's terms and conditions, payment was supposed to be made upon arrival. However, there is no reception or office at the apartment itself. This is not a private host but a company, and I was expected to travel approximately 30 minutes to another location just to make the payment and check in. Unfortunately, Booking.com was very unhelpful. Their suggestion was that I should not go to the office and instead contact them for assistance at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival so that they could try to arrange alternative accommodation. This was not a practical solution. As a result, I had no choice but to keep the booking ( I was informed the day prior of my arrival that the reception is somewhere else)and travel elsewhere to complete the check-in process. I would not stay at this property again. I intend to file a complaint because this check-in procedure appears to be contrary to the stated booking conditions and is not clearly disclosed in the listing. Had I known in advance that I would need to travel to a separate location to check in and make payment, I would not have booked this apartment. Booking.com also informed me that they were unable to process the payment manually on behalf of the property.
