Overall I am very dissatisfied with the room, and considering the price of the room I expected better.

The location was the only thing we enjoyed, was somewhat close to old town and had a nice area around the apartment

When we arrived we noticed that the tap was covered in white limescale, the kettle had old water in, the bathroom door handle wasn’t attached correctly and the fridge was not cleaned

Was very disappointed, the room was lovely but unclean! And check in was very disappointing, not any sort of compensatio

Check in was at 4pm, I arrived at 4.30 and was told to wait until 6pm as they forgot to clean my room! The room then wasn’t ready until after 6.30pm! I’d just come off a plane all the way from Scotland and wanted to just go to bed. The room was nice but parts of it were very unclean, dirty bedding with brown substance and towels shoved into the wardrobe (pictures available), dirty sink area in the bathroom, dust under stuff, hair dryer with someone else’s hair in it!

The stay was disgusting.

The apartment was extremely dirty – I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely everything was very unclean. The surfaces were dusty, the water taps were covered with limescale, and there were empty bottles left under the bed. The bed linen was dirty, stained, and it even seemed that it might not have been changed after the previous guests. The shower drain was clogged, so the water did not flow properly. In the washing machine, we even found some clothes left behind. Overall, the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. In addition, there was no service available after working hours when we required clean bed linen, which made the experience even more disappointing.

- location was great, when i was booking reviews were great, but few weeks before arrival i read that it is so dirty and not clean, i do not know if we were lucky but our apartment was cleaner than I expected, underground parking, modern accomondation

Good location and nice apartment

Was only given my apartment number and lock key information over an hour after check in time. No toilet roll provided which is not great when travelling with my 7 year old daughter, broken shower head which somebody did come to fix a day after checking in but when combined with no toilet paper it's not a great situation for obvious reasons! Terrible customer service from the host therefore I can't reccomend here as a place to stay

it was expensive but the place was good.

location was superb, apartment was clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, clean beddings, everything was great. Everything was available at walking distance :) Zabka, resturants, land marks to see....

There was no shampoo no body wash. only 2 dishwashing tablets were placed, where as we stayed for 5 days. Not enough tea/coffee The owner told us someone will come with extra supplies, but no one ever came. I gave him reminder also but still nothing was provided. It was disappointing

The location was good and apartment had everything we needed for a short stay.

The fittings are showing signs of wear and tear e.g. plug sockets missing on walls, lid off bathroom bin, holes in bed sheets, shower door not closing.

The property was overall pleasant, with a very nice big TV to enjoy in the evening. The staff member we met when we arrived was very helpful, showed us to our parking space and answered all our questions. The location is ideal for access to the Old Town without the noise and people traffic that comes with being in the Old Town.

Certain kitchen utensils, such as the oven, pans and the fridge, were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Their was very visible dirt and food on these products, as well as a smell upon opening the oven, and actually put us off using them. The shower glass does not keep water out when the shower is on, and so after each shower you end up with a puddle outside of the bath you’re standing in. This still happened even after I pushed the shower head away from the glass. The toilet flush is also faulty and will continue to produce water until pressed again. The floor in the living room, under the dining table, is damaged, as well as the counter top in the bathroom.

the smell of the bathroom and toilet was disgusting that would destroy everything in the trip. Seems like everything in the apartment was unsanitary. Although the living room looked better but the bad smell made us uncomfortable.

It is advertised as “city center” but it is not, need to walk 15 minutes for center. The staff was rude and not helpful when we could not find the apartment

Overall we had a good stay.

The location of the property is very good. Walking distance to the town. The apartment is a good size too.

The only things that need improving was the bed that was so soft and so noisy with every tiny move. It’s just made it impossible to sleep. Seems like the mattress came to the end of its lifespan. Also the cleanliness of the place wasn’t great. We had to wear our shoes as the floors left us with very dirty feet after few minutes of being inside. Also could do with some things to be able to do basic tidy up like brush and dustpan or some cloths etc that the place is lacking.

I was suppose to have room in the hotel that paid 477zl for unfortunately the owner told that there was a miss management so the room i paid for is not available and he decided to put me in another hotel which was not comfortable and he promised to call to see if he will need to refund some money back but he didn't call notting ., so for me it wasn't really nice 😕

Overall impressins are good!

Location is good, close to the center. Clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms. 3 elevators. You can park free in the back yard. Nice courtyards with hydrangea flowers.

If your windows face warehouse, It might be noisy in the mornings on workdays, when they start loading building materials. One night we needed to evacuate due to fire alarm system announcement. It appeared that smoke detector reacted on somebody’s late-night cooking.

Very modern appliances and furniture. The location is great.

No A/C so uncomfortable during hot months. The kitchen did not have much in order to cook a meal but I left some utensils I bought for the next guest. The office is a little hard to find. A sign would solve that.

Nice apartment with walking distance to old town. The apartment had a balcony. It was clean with comfortably beds. When something was missing like a toaster and extra towels, this was offered quickly by the service rep. Was able to get s late check out for a little extra. You can use the fitness room for free.

I didn’t get the number of beds booked, so had to share bed with my son. Difficult to find the apartment building. Hardly any signs for Prestige (but realized I actually had received an email with pics), but signs for Prestige apart should be put on the front. The walking bridge is closed every half n hour for 30 minutes, so planning is important. The nearest super market is a 12 minute walk over the bridge. Ps! See schedule for when the bridge is open. A bit noisy because of the shipyard. View from balcony not so nice from the back (see picture)

Host was very responsive, very nice apartment close to the centre, easy to find, comfortable stay.

It could have been nicer to have an extra blanket in the apartment since we were two people, but that was just a very minor observation.

Really great, once we had found out how to enter the building it was perfect.

The flat was perfect, good value for money and felt brand new, modern and clean

Instructions to get into the building were vague - had to ask someone for the entrance code. They also told us that the flat was on the second floor but it was on the third.

Close to the centre

Really dark and gloomy colours inside - everything was dark grey, broken door handle in the shower, WiFi not working, TV not working. Difficult to find with no clear check in instructions or reception. Ground floor level flat with all windows directed at a parking space and a pavement so everyone could see into the flat i.e. you had to pull the outdoor shutters down to have any privacy and compromise on any daylight ever.

there are way way many other apartments in Gdańsk, same price level and better

the shower was good. there were metal blinds outside the windows. I could enjoy total darkness in morning hours.

location is kind far away, area is under construction no supermarkets around. we had no control of the heating system so. it was burning hot. bed was very small, maybe 130 cm wide, and very soft with a weird plastic under the sheet. pillows were very soft, I needed at least 2 for a proper support but Hellas. during booking you do get to know that keys must be collected 300 meters farther down the road. a bit annoying. thankfully, the worker was kind enough to bring it to me as I told him I have mobility problems.
