Never again.

Location was good.

This was the cheapest-looking, half-broken down and slightly-dirty apartment I have ever booked through booking. Many things in the apartment were broken. But be careful because they take an approx. 50eur safety deposit, while the room is already broken. Additionally, you have to go to another location to pick up the key on the day of check-in and drop off the key on the day of check-out. The apartment page on booking promises free parking (I filtered a list of apartments that offer parking), however, when you book a specific apartment in the name of the apartment it says (no parking). I texted the host and they said that there are free parking spots nearby - there were none so we had to pay full price for parking in the old town. I do not recommend these apartments. You can find much better options for this price.

It was super close to the city center

A bit too small for 4 people,there wasn't common place for all 4 to sit, in the terrace the grass was till knees so it wasn't very enjoyable to sit there, as in the middle it's a street whwf3 everyone passes it was a bit noisy especially in the mornings . Ok for a,short stay but wouldn't come back

Google maps for some reason was showing wrong location of office address. Chmielna 70/1 is correct address for office for picking the keys

Great Location, Good value for price but a little inconvenient picking keys from somewhere else

The location was very central, close to attractions. Facilities are good too. Only that the heaters didn't work and could get a little cold in the mornings

It's very inconvenient that we have to go to a different location quite far away to pick up the keys and also to drop off. This could easily be solved by having a lockbox stuck to the door.

Fantastic location.clean & modern.

Dropping the key before the office opens at 9am is an issue as there’s nowhere to leave it. Bedroom drawer is broken. But it’s such a perfect location we will stay again in the future.

Everything was shabby. No real kitchen or kitchen table. One bed was broken. Side tables were broken. Curtains and armchair were stained. No living room, no sofa. Shower was teeny tiny and tricky to take a shower in.

Good and quite location, super close to city center. Appartment well equiped, clean and you have everything you need. Bed is comfortable, kitchen well equiped.

Extremely difficult to pick up the keys - you have to go to another address, pick up the keys and then complete the quest by finding your appartment and a parking place. If you arive at weekdays as we did you spent a lot of time to stay in trafic jams from the pick up point to the appartment and 1 km you complete in 15-20 minutes. We've lost around one hour and then realised that the parking key was from another parking (mistake of appartment owner). As a result we have to park our car in a yard. There is no details at which floor your appartment is. And the living complex consists of 6 more same buildings, so we have to circle around to find the right one. Why is it difficult to print the scheme of the living complex and mark the necessary building I have no idea.

Decent stay in Gdansk

Good location, easy to reach all the main sightseeing spots. The apartment is well equipped, nothing lacking. On top of that there’s an underground parking slot included for a car. Recommend this place!

AVOID. Just read cons

Location is not bad, not far away from city center

Everything else. Property was really dirty and there was a strong cigarette smell. Service is awful. Key pick up and drop off is 20 mins away by foot. They do not answer you after 5pm, just during working hours. Parking was “included” in property price, but it turns out it is guest parking near the apartment complex. If there is no free spot - good luck. All furniture is very used and feels like it will fall apart.

The lack of information. No instruction how to get to apartment, different information on the confirmation, different on the key. Communication with the office was very poor.

long waiting time for check in, you need to pick up the keys far away from the apartment…. and after check out which is 10 in the morning, you need to bring the keys back to the office witch all your luggage. broken lamp in the kitchen, dangerous with broken glass. the electrical contact in the wall in the kitchen was impossible to use, it was very loose.

only good thing is location

everything!!! first off all mad stuff!! we had to pay deposit when we came to take a keys, never got it back!! nobody mentioned that! we didn’t get it not because we did smth wrong but they sad that transfer was blocked 😂🤦‍♂️ appartment falling apart!! and dirty, dirty sheets, dirty sofa, washing machine not working, refrigerator had an terrible bleach smell, no extra towels. we chose first floor because in the pictures looked like that it’s a small outside place, but the grass is so high that it was not possible to use that area!!! door handles falling out, it was a disaster!!!

Not clean at all.. very dirty carpet, you could not walk barefoot; the shower let water through the sides, there is no space to put your goods in the bathroom; there is very small waredrobe for your clothes, even one suitcase does not fit; in the “dining room” they have only one chair, so only one people can eat at the table at the time..

Location and nothing else

we were given the wrong code to access the apartment, it didn't work. When we arrived at night, with children we stood outside for half an hour trying to get in until we met a neighbor who let us in - the code provided was wrong! It was not possible to reach them by phone at night. After writing a letter - no reaction. dirty apartment - there is not even a normal knife in the kitchen, the pan is rusty, chairs are dirty, the shower rubbers are brown from plaque and door to wc does not close, broken. The view from the dirty balcony to the garbage containers.

Apartment no71 is not good

location is just perfect!

The company offers many apartments, however ours was depreciated: walls, utensils, everything looked very torn. It seems that the apartment is installed with cheapest materials. The staircase premises were not clean! we stayed in no71 apartment.

great location, terrible cleanliness & poor customer service

great location & 2 very nice apartments lay out wise.

cleanliness was really poor, we told one member of staff when they brought us a hairdryer which was initially missing in the apartment, they blamed agency staff who clean the apartments. i then sent 2-3 further emails asking for contact over the cleanliness of the apartment during my stay, they didn’t respond to any….
