Great Stay - Warm in winter

Specious - Clean - Great Bathroom - Two toilets - Good-sized living room and well-equipped kitchen - Good-sized bed - Warm in winter - Amazing Location

Check-in process - the first set of keys is far and not easy to find unless you know the way. - Plastic shower curtain - obviously, it was replacing the glass door that was there, but it was hanging by a thread.

Good place to stay with a big family.

Pros : We stayed for 9days. 6 adults 1 kid 1. Excellent location. 2. Walking distance to all attractions. 3. 3good bedrooms. 2 proper bathrooms. one drawing room and a proper kitchen. 4. Clean 5. Well lit. 6. Washing machine works well. 7. Parking on demand. Extra payment

Cons : Small improvements. 1. 1 bathroom door's lock did not work. 2. Bathrooms need deep cleaning. (The apartment and bathroom were clean in general ) 3. More towels for longer stays maybe 4. Additional utensils for the kitchen can be a good addition

Nice apartment in a great location.

Very good communication, transport was arranged from the airport and the driver was very helpful making sure we go our keys from the lock box

Bed wasn't very comfortable we kept rolling into the middle. Washing machine in one of the bathrooms was strange and also that bathroom didn't have any bath mat or grip so it was very slippery.

Lovely, cosy and warm apartment in a great location.

The room was a good sized studio with everything we needed. Easy to access using codes. Apartment was clean & modern with good size bathroom and decent shower. It was cold outside but the apartment was always lovely and warm with constant hot water. Also, a fridge, kettle and microwave were available. Communication was good and whenever I asked a question, there was a prompt reply. Location was fantastic - very close to the old town and a coffee shop and supermarket just round the corner. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment block was a bit difficult to find, but I think that was more to do with our reading of the instructions!

Overall, of course, we are happy with the location, these little things did not spoil our vacation :)

Perfect location

There was dust under the bed. The floor was not very clean. When entering the apartment, there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom. We additionally rented a parking lot in the first days, the owner was very worried and often bothered us with questions - will we extend the parking lease, although we agreed that we would inform. :)

Nice location, but expect proper curtains in an apartment

location was great, good facilities in the kitchen, limited toilet paper - we had to use this sparingly for the length of time we stayed. good firm beds, extra duvets and pillows which was nice!

the keys where not in the safe advised on the email and resulting in a very expensive call to thier offices, only to be rudely told i should have read the email which we both did and they were not where stated! i was particularly annoyed with the curtain situation. The obviously took a pair of curtains and put on in each room, one in the living space and the other in the bedroom, so as well as being too short to cover the window, they were also very transparent and did not block out any light at all making sleeping very difficult, for this reason alone i would not stay there again.

Shortly after we left, the manager reached out and demanded an additional service fee for a dirty towel they claimed to be permanently damaged - before they have even washed it.

Our stay was pleasant but it lacked personal touches such as a reception desk on site and a cafe.

No breakfast provided. We would have liked an option to have breakfast provided on site.

Housekeeping was non existent - no change of bed linen, towels or toiletries during our four night stay.

Convenient to the marina, local shop & restaurants.

New, nicely located flat for a Gdansk visit

Greatly located across from Granary Island, newly built and furnished, and part of a residential complex. Very smooth communication with the property management company. Clean, tidy and well equipped. All accessible via chip and code. Would highly recommend.

The only small detail we noticed, which is not really responsibility of the property management company, but rather a heads up, is that all sounds and noises from outside are very much heard, even when all windows are shut.

Pleasant stay in beautiful Gdansk

Location excellent, lovely apartment with easy access

I had an issue with the host saying they had sent an email about access to the apartment 2 days before arrival and the email never arrived. They sent it again several times and it never arrived. I only got the email when I gave them my work email address. This caused undue stress in the hour before leaving for the airport.

Disappointed

It was very dirty and it did not look like the pictures at all. The marina was two streets away. There was 1 chair for the whole apartment, the pull out couch seemed like nobody cleaned it in really long time. The staff was nice and friendly.

- The property was located a 5 minute walk from the city centre, making it very easy to get about. - The room had very nice decor, and had a comfortable and stylish feel. - The room had great appliances: hair dryer, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, douche, toaster. Everything you could ever need for a pleasant stay. - All the furniture was sturdy / well-built, didn't have to worry about accidentally breaking anything. - Nice balcony. - Quiet location. - The option to collect an extra set of keys. - We were allowed to leave our bags at reception in-between checking out and our flight home. - Quick to release deposit.

- The reception was a 15 minute walk away through very congested streets, making it a bit of a bother to check in and collect keys. - The views out the windows weren't as nice as portrayed on the booking.com images

Amazing location and the view. Apartament was very spacious and rather quite (where bedeooms are). Very comfortable for a big family or group of friends.

Apartment should be already renovated. It is not really clean (only the surface). For this price it was rather in a poor condition (pictures doesn’t bring this perspective). There is a coffee machine but not even filters are provided. Little attention on the details.
