5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

Words cannot express how grateful we are to be able to stay in Phenoix VII 301. It was a huge blessing to open the door to such an awesome place. To be able to be with our 3 boys and their girls was something special to my wife and I. Thank you so much for making it such a great time. SAME TIME NEXT YEAR PLEASE!!!!

Condo was clean, kitchen utensils were not as stocked as some but fit our basic needs.

The location was good.We have stayed at nicer places for this price. It says has been updated but we would suggest updates are exactly what they need. Furniture is well used in the living room, paint is warn on doors, many pieces of furniture wobble. Kitchen knives are rusty, broken and won’t cut butter and some plastic ware would be nice. The dryer was not working and the response was immediate and friendly however we think the dryer still needs to be looked at.We had a nice week but the stay was not up to our normal standards.
