3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

Overall cleanliness was poor. floors were dirty etc. The guest tub does not drain. Emailed the manager early in the week and no response. Had to shower every day with dirty water above my ankles. Also, couch is shot. Should have been replaced long ago.
