About this apartment rental
Your fabulous beach vacation home is ready and waiting for you. At every turn, you'll love the classy design touches that fill this two bedroom two bathroom condo. The living area has comfortable places to sit, and a flat screen television to enjoy. If you feel like making snacks or complete meals, the kitchen has all the cookware you require, and two stools are in front of the black granite countertops. You can also sit at a nearby table with six chairs. You can also dine outdoors with four chairs and a table on the balcony. The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, extended marble vanity counter, and a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom contains a pair of full-size beds, another flat screen television, and a bathroom that resembles the one in the master suite.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Overall, stay was great. A few things fell apart (toilet paper holders, microwave door, etc… just needs minor maintenance attention, but that’s to be expected). Nicely furnished and very convenient walk to the beach. Only reason for 4 stars was because the mattresses were the most uncomfortable bricks I’ve ever slept on. All 7 of us complained about not sleeping well a single night for the week we were there. If you stay here, BRING A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER. Seriously. Worst sleep I’ve ever had for an entire week.

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf of America and the condo was a nice layout. But it was aged and needed some updates. We were greeted with an entry door which badly needed a coat of paint. Shame on management for not fixing this before our arrival. The faucets in the sinks and showers needed updating - hard to get hot water and leaking. Drains could have used some drain cleaner too. This was the least expensive of the condos on the Gulf that I looked at. Despite the shortcomings, we had a beautiful view of the beach. That explains why I still gave it an okay.
