The camera is not monitored daily nor is it monitored for guest safety or the safety of belongings. We are a licensed in the State of NH for short-term rental.

Great house with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and two toddlers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. No central air but two portable ac units and window fans in bedrooms. They did a decent job keeping house cool except one hot night. Overall a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Bartlett, NH. It was a great location and close to lots of activities. It was clean and spacious and the communication with the host was excellent. There are lots of amenities in the kitchen and living room and game room to keep everyone well fed and entertained. One suggestion for guests that visit during July or August is that the two upstairs bedrooms will be hot. The A/C unit in the master bedroom does not cool the whole upstairs and there are not enough floor fans to put one in each bedroom. If you have extra room in your vehicle for luggage, then bring two more floor fans.

Everything about this house was amazing including the host. Our 3 families all had nothing but wonderful things to say. Plenty of room, beautiful home, and the host was very welcoming and available for any questions we had. Would definetly stay here again. Thank you!
