The camera is not monitored daily nor is it monitored for guest safety or the safety of belongings. We are a licensed in the State of NH for short-term rental.

Thoughtful welcome gifts we’re waiting and the host is always available to contact about questions. House is perfectly laid out for a gathering - cozy but still enough room for seven adults and two teens. The big fireplace is fully stocked with wood. Close to all the North Conway attractions, and the neighborhood has a hiking trail that connects with Diana’s Baths.

This year's stay was excellent as always. It is so nice to arrive and find a bottle of wine, and a bunch of snacks in a basket for us. Rooms were all spotless, firewood was ready for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils that we needed. The ping pong table is an absolute blast. Toni is always kind enough to send a Welcome text once ensuring that she is available if needed. Great spot for a nice getaway ski weekend.

Toni's home was outstanding! It was clean, pictures don't even do it justice. Spacious, kitchen was loaded with everything you could think of or need. Toni was a great host and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the entire place. The skies were loaded with stars and gave a phenomenal display! Thank you! We can't wait to book for next year!
