Four beautifuly designed bedrooms are perfect for accommodating families and groups of all sizes. All sleeping areas are equipped with high end mattresses, pillows, sheeting and black out shades for a restful night's sleep:
Primary Bedroom 1: Located on the upper level, offers a king-sized bed with private ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet.
Primary Bedroom2 : Located on the lower level, offers a king-sized bed with private ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet.
Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, features a queen-sized bed with full-sized loft above, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Bedroom 4: Located on the lower level, provides guests with two sets of twin bunk beds making this room perfect for kids or larger groups.

The large open concept main level features a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, 6 burner gas range, 12ft quartz island with seating for five, large pantry and beverage fridge. Fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, griddle and more.
The spacious living room features 2 sofas and leather swivel accent chairs, floor to ceiling gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings and large TV for movie nights and downtime. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful natural light and views of Humphrey's Ledge and Bartlett Mountain. Watch The Conway Scenic Railroad pass by adding a nostalgic touch to your stay!
A large dining area, laundry room and half bath complete the main level common spaces.
In the lower level guests will discover 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a second tv room outfitted with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping needs. Blackout shades make it the perfect spot for movie nights or gaming on the Xbox.

The property is first-rate, from the essentials to the amenities. Kara, the host, was attentive to our priorities (hot tub!) and responsive when we contacted her about our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay spending Christmas with our family. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub had a perfect temperature, and the host was amazing—very kind and clear in communication. We definitely recommend it.

The house was beautiful and the layout was great, however the property was not very clean. Upon entering the home, I noticed right away that the floors were not swept as stairs were dusty in the corners, there were dead flies and hairs on the window sills, baseboards were dusty, and there were long hairs in bathroom shower and on towels. I had to reach out to the property manager to gain access to the utility room for extra paper towels and toilet paper, as well as a sponge. We were not left with one by the cleaning crew. The property manager responded promptly and also gave us access to the linen closet for extra towels. The cleanliness was concerning, particularly in some of the beds. One of the primary suites, had what looked like moss/grass on the sheets when first pulled back. It made us wonder if the beds were turned over with new sheets if other places in the home were cleaned.
