The three main large bedrooms feature new furnishings and cozy queen mattresses for a restful stay.
The primary bedroom, conveniently situated on the first floor, boasts a flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet. Its attached en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower with rain head and body sprays.
Two additional queen bedrooms upstairs share an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. These bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, perfect for accommodating families with young children or teens who enjoy sleeping in.
The fourth bedroom is a unique bunk room with custom-built log twin bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 children. Each bunk bed nook is equipped with its own outlet and reading lights. A third full bathroom on the lower level provides a shower and tub combination. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in each bathroom, with an additional half bath on the main floor.
For families with little ones, a pack 'n play, children's books, and a highchair are also available.

The house is located on a main road, so winter access to the property is a breeze. The cabin is located on the Saco River at a hot spot that locals and tourists alike have loved for years. Whether you want to relax on the beach and just get a tan by the water, or enjoy some fishing, this little bit of heaven on the river is just a short 2-minute walk on the private path from the house. This amazing bend in the river provides a great swimming hole for the whole family and an awesome sandbar completes the package. There are two separate cabins on this property. If you have a larger group than 12 and wish to rent both cabins, please reach out and we can accommodate you.
This property is equipped with Ring cameras w/ audio capabilities on the exterior of the cabin. The cameras will record:
- Driveway/ front lawn
- Entrance to the house
- path to the river
Cameras are configured to respect privacy and DO NOT have visibility into interiors

We had a great time at the cabin. It is very clean and still has a new house smell to it. Great layout and plenty of amenities. Kids loved the arcade and bunk room. Spot on the river was great with some deep areas and a jumping rock. There is actually another cabin right near it which is almost identical so if you had a large group you could rent both. Definitely worth the money.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Beautiful home and arcades were such a bonus! Great sleeping areas for the kids and adults! We want to stay again in the Summer.

Excellent property, easy to access, near food and activities, especially great hiking trails.
The wonderful hosts were in close contact the whole time, making the stay very simple. I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

We had six adults and five kids stay at Jenn’s beautiful log cabin. It comfortably hosted all of us. The cabin is beautifully designed with every detail thought of. Great little hidden feature is the reading lights in the bunks! The kids loved the video games in the basement and the adults loved the space on the main living floor with a beautiful back deck. This location was super close to Attitash, Storyland, and Conway. It was also a gorgeous ride from Santa’s Village and Bretton Woods. Jenn was an incredible host! Very easy to communicate with and responsive. We will definitely be looking to stay again next year or even this winter!
