About this house rental
This Bartlett vacation home was completed brand new late summer of 2009. A beautiful 2 story home with amazing views of Attitash ski mountain (less than 2 miles away), farmers porch with a wrap around full deck just relaxing looking at the picturesque mountains or stars. 3 large bedrooms with 1 of them being the kids bunk room (sleeps 4 kids) and a finished basement with additional sleeping is spacious for all. Nice amenities and appliances, an open floor plan allows for kitchen/dining/living room interaction with pull out sleeper coach. The living room has a wonderful cozy gas fireplace and large windows overlooking the scenic views. Everything is close by (10 minutes or less) including the Saco River, Attitash, Storyland, great restaurants, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, North Conway village, Echo Lake just to name a few! Perfect for getaway shopping sprees at Conway outlets (Settler's Green) only 15 minutes away!
Notes: If you have special requests we will do our best to accommodate you. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be taken for any fees/damages/cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s cabin for our skiing trip. The house was bigger than expected and all 9 of us had many beds to choose from! Love that. The house is SO close to town (such a cute town with lots of restaurants and shopping) and multiple Ski resorts/ mountains. We were minutes from Attitash and 8 min from Cranmore which was so convenient. The house itself was extremely clean and obviously cared for. Felt brand new. The host was super nice and gave us advice on where to go to get the most out of our ski trip. It was very helpful! I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week here. We enjoyed lots of skiing. The location is great for a variety of hiking and restaurants. The house is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We’ve stayed at many places in the area and would recommend this one without hesitation. Only thing we’d add to the listing is there is no internet. That said, the cell phone connection was strong. Ultimately a break from WiFi kept our kids off their iPads and got them playing together!

Other than not having internet access, which unfortunately when you're in the Healthcare profession you can't be without. Also having littles that rely on downtime screen time to chill was inconvenient (especially with 4 days of straight rain and no snow) the stay was great. I think when the expectation to completely clean (leave it in the same way we found it) is there check out should be later than 11. We couldn't use the transfer station for trash and recycling because we didn't have a sticker. Trash adds up with 6 adults and 3 littles. The owner was unaware we would be turned away. The location was great. The layout of the house was perfect. And the owners are very responsive. We bought a hot spot so all was ok.

We (2 families of 5) had a great time at this house in Bartlett over Feb break. The house had everything we needed, was clean and Chad was very easy to communicate with. The kids (ages 8-14) loved the basement bedroom/game room!
