A Chalet style home that sits on a private 1.5 acres, family neighborhood, just off RT 302 in Glen it is perfectly located for all activities and attractions - 5 minutes from Story Land and Attitash Ski Resort, 15 min to Black Mountain and Cranmore Ski areas. Close to North Conway for tax-free outlet shopping.
This comfortable 2700 square foot house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms on three levels. Main level has a log fireplace with large screen TV/Roku and DVD Player and two bedrooms. A lower level family room with TV/Roku, game table, log fireplace and adjacent bedrooms and full bath make this an ideal multi family or group accommodation.
There are two large queen bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. WI-FI internet throughout. The home sleeps a total of 14 persons.
A huge deck with propane fire pit and enclosed porch make for great outdoor barbecues, and there is ample parking space. There is also a wood burning fire pit in the yard. This house is minutes away from everything the valley has to offer.
One time cleaning and linen fee $350 includes sheets, towels, set up of paper goods. Please bring your own beach towels for river and lake use.

Security cameras on the outside driveway and rear entrance of the house. No cameras on deck or fire pit area. No cameras inside the house.

The house was very clean and very well equipped. Our stay was very comfortable. During our stay one of the systems in the home needed attention, the hosts sent someone over to address the issue immediately, within just a couple hours of our call. We highly recommend this property.

Renee & Rick are very welcoming and responsive. Their home is comfortable and cozy and in a great spot to enjoy all the things the white mountains have to offer!

We had everything we needed in the kitchen Dishwasher was great Hot water took awhile but eventually warmed up The beds were comfortable. One thing I would suggest: installing a hand rail outside the front door as it was slippery there.We all agreed it was a great place to stay and a good place to return to
