Hidden in the pines on the edge of the Rocky River is this beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath retreat with sleeping for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the tranquility that surrounds you from the peaceful location to the sound of the river rushing over the rocks, this will be a vacation to remember! The open concept living, kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for everyone to be together and the beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace adds a wonderful warmth to the room. The main level includes a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, open concept living, kitchen and dining area and great slider doors leading out to the large deck overlooking the Rocky River. The second level provides a bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with twin and double bunk bed and full bath. On the lower level there is additional sleeping with twin size bunk bed (2 twin beds) and full size bed and a family room with pool table. From the lower level you can also walk outside to the Rocky River. Although the river is rocky there is an excellent sandy path that leads you to the water’s edge. Here you can set up your chairs and enjoy the sights and sounds of Mother Nature!

Had a great stay on the Rocky River in this beautiful home. This house has an excellent layout with a game room in the basement with a queen and bunk bed. A main floor queen and master bath. Two specious bedrooms on the top floor with full bath. Perfectly situated between Crawford Notch and North Conway. No mountain view but a nice private spot along the river with no traffic sounds. I missed the notes about bring your own linens and towels but the management company helped us out by providing some.
Just a couple of dings being that the grill is an old charcoal grill and could use an update. The washer did not work, and the pantry was a bit sparse. No on-site trash disposal so we needed to bring our trash with us which was a little inconvenient. I'd encourage a few upgrades in the amenities department but overall, a great place with tremendous charm.

Beautiful rental! Well stocked and spacious with the finished basement. Very clean. River was very shallow and rocky but great for the little kids. Close to everything, loved going to the cider house every morning for coffee and baked treats.
