Featuring soaring wood ceilings, a bright open-concept living area, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and a private deck with outdoor seating and a grill, this family-friendly vacation rental is the perfect home base for theme park adventures, ski trips, hiking getaways, and relaxing mountain escapes.
The Space:
Enter through the private foyer, where bench seating and wall hooks provide a convenient place to remove shoes and store outdoor gear. From the entry, a split-level staircase leads either to the lower level or up to the home’s bright and inviting main living area.
The main level offers airy, open-concept gathering space with a high vaulted ceiling and warm wood details. Relax on the large sectional sofa after a day of adventure, stream a favorite movie on the TV, or enjoy the cozy glow of the gas fireplace. Board games are also available for relaxed family nights at home.
Sliding glass doors fill the living area with natural light and open directly onto the private deck. Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, share a meal at the outdoor dining table, or unwind in the lounge chairs surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting. A grill is available for easy cookouts during warmer months.
The full-size and well-equipped kitchen opens naturally to the dining and living areas, allowing everyone to spend time together while meals are prepared. Gather around the dining table, which seats six, or enjoy casual meals at the kitchen counter with seating for four.

Outdoor Games and Firewood:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the lawn games stored in the wooden shed beneath the deck. This shed also contains the trash barrel for household trash.
You may occasionally find a few bundles of firewood in the plastic tote near the woods; however, firewood is not provided and availability is not guaranteed. Bundles of wood can be purchased nearby, just down the road across from Story Land.

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.
- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.
- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.
- No pets, smoking, parties, or events are allowed, with a strict $1,500 fine for violations.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. A personal vehicle is required. Please reach out with any questions!
