The house was as described. We had everything we needed. Everything was set up very welcoming, and it was comfortable and homey. The communication with the owner via email was great. The actual property manager was slow to respond until we were assigned a guest host which went great after that. Check in was easy. We didn’t have children or dogs with us but it’s the perfect house for both. Limited play area outside but mostly because there is some construction going on on the property but all to make it better! I included a few pics so others would know it was just as described! We had a great stay and would stay again.

My family and I stayed here in July and the house is very beautiful and didn't lack at all for kitchen utensils and appliances. The owners have provided all the comforts of home. Every detail right down to providing child gates, dog crates, couch blankets, games, and a new grill! The place was so clean! Even though dogs are allowed, you would never know that they were there. The property is very close to the Ellis River and there are several spots along 16/302 that you can find. We found a hidden gem 4 years ago for our dogs and for the past 4 years have been the only ones there! The only negative was that there is no AC on the lower level where the bedrooms are. The days and nights were hot so even opening a window would not have helped cool the rooms down. However, they have fans. But we brought our own. The neighborhood is very quiet and you have a great view of the mountains from the deck. Our guest contact was Karter and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend.

We had such a good stay here! 3 minutes to Storyland allowed us to go in the morning, come home for naps & lunch, and go back in the afternoon! House is beautiful, view is great, and kids loved the bunk bed room!

The property was as advertised and suited all our needs. However the contact person for the property was nowhere to be found. They did not respond to any of our requests until after we had checked out.
