About this house rental
This luxurious brand new townhouse is on a private end building, steps away from the East Branch of the Saco River and a cross-country ski trail.
Conveniently located between North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson, 10 to 20 minutes from most major ski resorts (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc…), hiking trails, Saco river, Echo Lake, Settler shopping outlets and Storyland.
Onsite outdoor pool and tennis courts are included during the hot summer months. Stay cool in the summer months with a brand new split system A/C and cozy up in the winter by the brand new Rinnai heater.
The unit has 4 bedrooms with king-bed, queen-bed, and 3 bunk beds/twin over full-size and a full-size pull-out.
We have WIFI, Cable, Phone and Internet available. We offer all the amenities of home (full-size kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, TV with cable and DVD). Weber BBQ grill on a spacious deck for evening relaxation.
Our guests may use the entire townhouse, with the exception of a couple locked doors/closets which has some personal belongings for when our family uses it. Plenty of space for all your needs!

The host was very attentive, and we appreciated all the suggestions around town, including places to visit, things to do, where to eat, and, most importantly, places to avoid.

My family and I shared the weekend at this property and everything was fine. It is a very clean place. And it has everything you need to have a good time with your family. The only thing I think could improve is the bunk beds (in the room that are double) for everything else, the place is 10/10. without forgetting that the surroundings are very nice for walking and strolling along the river.

In our 23 years visiting North Conway this was by far the most accommodating and best vacation home that has ever been shared with our family. By far the best, friendliest, clear and easiest communication with the owners. The home was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Felt like we were invited as family. We had 8 family members including small children with ample space for all. There was seating at the dining room table for 8 and 6 at the kitchen table. The kitchen was well appointed with clearly labeled cabinets and drawers with dishes and utensils for all. Lovely owners and wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back in years to come.

Andy and Liz were amazing and easy to communicate with both phone and email. This condo is a great location, less than 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain Resort. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. A lot of room for everyone, the kids loved double bunks room, the big couch was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!
