The lower level includes one of the bedrooms with multiple beds, along with an additional living room, creating a great hangout space for kids, teens, or larger groups. After a day on the slopes or trails, cozy up by the wood stove and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.
The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door.
