Gute Lage. Große Wohnung.
Wurde mehrmals daran erinnert ein Wäschepaket zu buchen. Habe ich im angegebenen Zeitraum getan. Bei Ankunft kein Wäschepaket vorhanden. Sind dann nochmal los um Klopapier und Seife zu kaufen und hatten dann Bettwäsche. Handtücher die zum Wäschepaket dazugehören, waren nicht lieferbar. 40 € für 2 Bettbezüge bezahlt und dazu noch 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher gekauft. Uncool.

Den Preis für die Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher erfuhren wir erst nach Vertragsabschluss.

Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.
Wir hatten p.P. Ca. 23.- für das Wäschepaket extra bezahlt. Leider gab es das nur für eine Person. Duschen war nicht möglich, da es kein Duschtuch gab. Meine Nachfrage wurde nicht ernst genommen u strikt behauptet, es sei eins vor Ort. Erst nach 2 Tagen wurde ein Duschtuch vor dem Hauseingang gelegt. Im Bad gab es kein Warmwasser u Duschen war in den 3 Tagen nur 1x mit Warmwasser möglich. Das es sowas noch gibt? Sehr schade.
