This apartment building, centrally located in Warnemünde, is situated right on Kirchenplatz. In the “Sterne,” “Mond,” and “Kompass” vacation apartments, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. From here, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect vacation right nearby—the Alten Strom, the train station, the beach, and shopping. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Centrally located and just a few minutes from the beach, the “Sterne” vacation apartment is available on the 2nd floor. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. The wonderful “Sterne” vacation apartment, approximately 50 square meters in size, features a living room (TV, free Wi-Fi), kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. It is designed for 2 people and has laminate flooring. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).
You are also welcome to rent the “Mond” and “Kompass” vacation apartments in the same building.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered service dog
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
