About this apartment rental
A large 70m2 apartment located on the Place du Pin with 3 bedrooms and a very rare point in the city center, a 50 m2 garden and a private parking.
Bonaparte Street is very lively, you are right in the city center on a street where there are many bar and restaurant terraces.

IMPORTANT: Bonaparte Street is home to many establishments open in the evening, noise pollution is to be expected for travelers seeking peace and quiet.

Located on the first floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, secure parking, garden, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with comfortable double bed and closet, a second bedroom with two double beds, a last bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the garden.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. There are several shops down the building like pharmacy, supermarket, bars... Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi/Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park our private and secure parking.

For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Great location! Really enjoyed staying in Garibaldi as it's easy to access the port, beach, old town, uptown... Close to the tram lines.BNB services was very easy to work with and their location to pick up keys is close to the property. I'd stay here again.The property is in a lively area, as soon as you walk out the door you are walking past restaurant tables, which I enjoyed the instant energy shift. Music is played from the restaurants from below however it wasn't bad music and we all enjoyed the energy. The only critique I would give is that there are a few loose tiles on the patio that make it a little dicey at times and normally properties we stay at have more kitchen items stocked (salt pepper, olive oil, lots of coffee, washing machine detergent) but it by no means ruined the property with those things lacking. We purchased those items and left them for next guess.Thank you for the stay and hope to be back soon
