Our stay in Derry was truly special thanks to Roisin. She welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Her care and attention made everything effortless and memorable.
The place itself was perfect, spotless bathrooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and everything we could possibly need. Every detail was just right, and there wasn’t a single thing we would change.
Roisin went above and beyond in every detail, always thoughtful, always genuine. She turned our trip into something we’ll never forget. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our journey, and her kindness will stay with us forever.

Roisin was an excellent host. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. The property was absolutely spotless. It was almost a shame to walk in with shoes on. Bedroom and bathroom was comfy and a really good shower. Everything a proper b&b should be. Also location was perfect for exploring Derry City(15 minutes drive) and giants causeway (1 hour drive)
Nothing. This was a proper b&b. No extra charges for a fine breakfast which unfortunately isn’t the norm anymore.

The host was very kind and engaging. She helped us by suggesting where we could get food as we arrived late, and kindly allowed us to use her dining room to eat at night. The room was spacious, with spotless attached private toilet and shower. A large window overlooked a quiet front yard with beautiful trees. A peaceful stay. Many thanks to the host for her kind conversations with us about Derry as she grew up there during troubled times in the 1960s/70s. We really appreciate her kindness. Thank you!

Great breakfast. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and extremely polite.
The landlord/property owner (a lady) must have forgotten that there are guests in the house, because she has a hard time lowering her voice. She speaks around the house like she’s at the market. It is the firsts time that I encounter a loud owner, usually it’s some other guest. I even had to remind her that at 11 pm I would expect her to lower her voice. Really weird.
