Free Wi-Fi available.   Our modern, bright 3 room apartment (about 58m²) is located on the ground floor and has its own parking space. It is located in a traffic-calmed zone and is about 200 m as the crow flies from the natural beach. Within walking distance you can reach it in 2 - 3 minutes.   The apartment was completed in the fall of 2018 and is from April 2019 in the rental.   The apartment has a terrace facing south-west. A beach chair, beach umbrella, table with 4 chairs and an electric grill invite you to linger.   The open area of the living room and kitchen is tastefully decorated. Flat screen TV, stereo system and Blu-ray player are provided. The cozy sitting area can be converted into a sofa bed. A dining table with 4 chairs completes the whole thing.   The fitted kitchen is very well equipped. Oven with grill function, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee and Nespresso machine are available, as well as toaster, kettle and much more.   Through the large window in the modern bathroom, this is very bright. A walk-in shower, and a vanity with vanity unit and large mirror belong to the equipment. A hair dryer and vanity mirror are of course available.    There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller one has a box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe, bedside table and decos.   The large bedroom has 1 box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m (2 single mattresses), 1 large wardrobe with safe, 2 bedside tables and 1 flat screen TV.   The apartment has underfloor heating. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate.   It is a Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
