The friendly, bright 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of four persons.
The individually furnished apartment in the 2018 completed Villa & # 132; Seagrass & # 147; has balcony, underfloor heating. The living area with access to the balcony is bright and flooded with light. The large comfortable corner sofa with sleeping function and topper (LF 150 x 200cm) is complemented by an armchair, stool, flat screen TV, music system. A classic wood table with four chairs completes the decor.
The high-quality fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and kitchen scale.
The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200mm with 2 separate mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe. Furthermore, there is still a flat-screen TV.
Another room offers the possibility of a fold-out couch with a small table and a wardrobe. Blackout pleats and blackout curtains equipped. The rooms have enough space for a travel cot. The bright bathroom with walk-in shower has a large vanity, toilet, a shelf with a hairdryer, and a window.
From the balcony you have a view of the sea. To this apartment belongs a free parking space in front of the house.
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Additional services: Linen sets, highchair and travel cot are chargeable.
