About this apartment rental
Börgerende is a hot tip - a seaside resort with unspoilt nature without mass tourism and with original charm. At the idyllic natural beach, you will find excellent water quality.
Only 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, in a traffic-calmed location, you will find on the ground floor of the recently completed holiday home our high quality apartment "Sundevit" for up to 5 people.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. From the spacious entrance area, there is the fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The master bedroom can be found, inter alia, a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Two more sleeps there in the small bedroom. Here you have a pull-out bed (flat sleeping area of 1.60 mx 2.00 m) available. Even a small LCD TV (DVB-S) with all connection options can be found here.
Likewise, we have thought of our "little ones". A travel cot and highchair are available for free.
The living area boasts Ledereckcouch with integrated sleep function. For decay of leave here a flat screen TV, and a 2 1 Blu-ray home theater system is located. A fireplace makes the home cozy for the cooler season.
The quality open kitchen has all the facilities while on holiday. You will find here among others a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and a convection oven.
The living-dining area has a direct access to the spacious, partially covered, terrace. Patio furniture and a small grill, are naturally available. The adjacent large lawn and deck area is ideal for relaxing for the parents and games for the children. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The parking space is in front of the house.
In Börgerende you can next to the bathing experience the great range of sports facilities such. Ex. Horse riding, fishing, sailing, surfing and hiking in the beautiful, unspoilt scenery along the Baltic coast to pursue. There are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Nature lovers will know Börgerende every season and learn to love. The reserve Conventer lake can be reached within a few minutes. A fantastic bike trails perfect for scenic tours. The coastal bike path connects the dike, which merges towards Nienhagen in a cliff, with the enchanting Ghost Forest. A bicycle rental is located on the site. There are also restaurants, fish restaurants, shops, a mini-golf course, riding stables, etc. Attractions like Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Rostock and Warnemünde are semicircular in the immediate vicinity. They offer not only the Baltic flair, entertainment and cultural delights.
In Doberan to z. B. is the world-famous Münster. From here goes the steam-powered narrow-gauge railway 'Molli' through the beautiful coastal landscape on Heiligendamm to Kühlungsborn. The largest city in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rostock, can be reached within 15 minutes by car. It offers many attractions, a beautiful zoo, theaters, cinemas. etc.

und alles in der Nähe was man so braucht. Können wir sehr gern empfehlen. Etwas Holz für den Kamin war nicht vorhanden, das war schade, sonst alles prima.

Für 3 Erwachsene genügend Platz.
Wir haben selbst gekocht. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir dazu benötigten.
Ein Kamin im Winter ist auch etwas schönes. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Bei Ankunft am Freitag gab es keine Heizung, 10° C Innentemperatur und eisekalte Fußböden.. Die Termostate waren bei Ankunft zu 2/3 aufgedreht. Wir haben dann den Backofen aufgedreht um ein wenig Wärme im Wohnzimmer zu haben (siehe Anhang Foto). Nachts noch gefroren, trotz voll aufgedreter Heizungstermostate. Es blieben kalte, bzw, laue Fußbodenheizung. Nach Telefoniererei und persönlicher Hilfe durch Herrn Ohm kam Samstag gegen Mittag ein Monteur. So waren wir gezwungen, am Nachmittag statt Strandspaziergang Holzbrikett und Anzünder im Ostseecenter Rostock zu kaufen. Die Kaminwärme hält aber ausschließlich so lange im Wohnzimmer, solange das Feuer an ist. Dann wird es wieder kühl. Erst am Sonntag Abend wurde es annehmbar warm. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde aber dennoch nur in Flur und Bad richtig warm.
Die Terassentür und Eingangstür sind undicht und lassen Zugkälte rein. Bei Temperaturen weit unter 0° C kann man es dort nur als Eskimo aushalten.
Vom Vermieter oder Hausmeister kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Es müsste Entschädigung für > 20 h Kälte und 6 h auf Warten/Wartung Heizungsmonteur geben. Anderthalb Urlaubstage waren so futsch.
Wir haben selbst ein Haus mit Fußbodenheizung. Aus Erfahrung können wir sagen, dass aus Spargründen die Heizung in FH- Sundevit nicht ausreichend aufgedreht war und auch nach dem Monteur die Heizung unzureichend heizte.
