Börgerende is considered an insider’s tip—a seaside resort with unspoiled nature, free from mass tourism, and full of authentic charm. It is a former fishing and farming village, just 300 meters from the sea. Located in a low-traffic area, you’ll find this high-quality, fully equipped vacation apartment on the upper floor of the vacation home, which was completed in the fall of 2013.

The maisonette, equipped with underfloor heating, can accommodate up to four people. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Also on the first level is the modern, open-concept living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a spring-core sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is also located on the first level. It is equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. The stairs in the hallway lead up to the spacious, child-friendly, open sleeping loft on the second level. A pull-out couch is also available here. We’ve also thought of our younger guests: a travel crib, a high chair, and a bottle warmer are provided free of charge. The second level can be secured with a safety gate.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast on one of the balconies, accompanied by the sound of seagulls, breathe in the wonderfully fresh Baltic Sea air, and look forward to a sunny day by the sea. One balcony is accessible from the bedroom, the other from the living area.

The free parking space is located in front of the house.

Bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee (€25).

A washing machine and dryer are available for use with coins.

There are several restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery, and a playground in town. The natural Baltic Sea swimming beach is just 300 meters away. There is also a sandy and pebble beach, a designated nude beach section (signposted), and a dog-friendly beach.

The town of Börgerende is located between the seaside resort of Heiligendamm (4 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde (14 km). Other towns in the area include the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn (13 km), the spa town of Bad Doberan (6 km) with its cathedral and the Molli resort train, the Hanseatic city of Rostock (20 km) with a zoo, and the World Heritage city of Wismar (50 km).

Whether hiking, biking, skating, or simply swimming, Börgerende offers a variety of recreational activities. Nearby, you’ll find a horseback riding center, a golf course, diving and sailing schools, and more.
