BEACHFRONT 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT FOR UP TO 4 ADULTS AND ONE CHILD, 2 LIVING LEVELS, 2 BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM WITH NATURAL LIGHT, AND A TERRACE ON THE GROUND FLOOR
Welcome to the “Ostseewelle” vacation home (one of a pair), your lovingly furnished haven of happiness on the Baltic Sea in the seaside resort of Börgerende. Nestled between the sound of the sea, the coastal forest, and wide-open fields, this vacation home awaits you—a place that instantly gives families that cozy, “home away from home” feeling.
This modern semi-detached home offers 74 m² of vacation and living comfort spread over two floors. It’s ideal for families who need space to relax. On the first floor, you’ll find a BRIGHT LIVING AND DINING AREA with floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows fill the room with warm, natural light. A comfortable seating area overlooking the patio and a dining table provide plenty of space for guests.
The sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping space for a child.
Full meals can be prepared, if needed, in the well-equipped KITCHEN. In addition to standard kitchenware, it features a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and, of course, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
One of the two BEDROOMS is also located in the lower living area. The SECOND BEDROOM has been set up on the upper level, along with a BATHROOM WITH NATURAL LIGHT. Both bedrooms feature a double bed (separate mattresses / 80 x 200) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find a wardrobe in each room for storing your vacation clothes.
To freshen up in the morning or after a trip to the beach, the shower room with a natural-light window is the perfect spot. The walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, and a hair dryer provide all the amenities you’d expect.
The fenced-in property (both halves of the house combined, approx. 400 m²) is a true family paradise: Plenty of green space for playing, a wooden garden shed for beach gear, and a sunny SOUTH-FACING TERRACE where you can enjoy breakfast or a barbecue together. A grill is provided. This is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.
Additional comforts include a fiber-optic internet connection, double-glazed windows, and tile and laminate flooring. And let’s not forget the underfloor heating. It guarantees a cozy atmosphere in the vacation home even during the colder months.
