Wireless internet is available in the apartment free of charge.   This beautiful new apartment no. 03 was completed in late 2018 and is located in the house Seegras, a beautiful residential complex just a few meters from the Baltic Sea beach. It is located on the first floor, has a south / west facing balcony with partial sea views and upscale amenities.   Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It offers, with 3 rooms, on 58 m² space for max. 4 persons and has a free car parking space (number 3) in front of the door. The open living and dining area is modern and furnished in a timelessly maritime style. There are a cozy couch incl. Armchairs and stools, a coffee table and a large dining table with 4 chairs providing ample space for a full breakfast or a leisurely lunch or dinner. In the fully equipped open kitchen, even cooking enthusiasts will miss nothing. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds, where you will find a restful sleep. Large cabinets provide ample storage space for your luggage. The apartment has a total of 2 TVs. (Living room and large bedroom), an Internet music system in the living room and of course there is free Wi-Fi available.   The bathroom with window, is equipped with a floor-level shower, a large vanity unit with vanity unit, a make-up mirror, a hairdryer and a wall mirror. Underfloor heating, tasteful accessories, some books and board games, and attention to detail create a special atmosphere that you can enjoy in any season, even on a rainy day. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. On the south-west facing balcony, equipped with table, chairs and parasol, you can spend comfortable hours, take a side view of the sea or enjoy the sunset.   A special treat of this apartment is a beach chair, which we provide our guests free of charge for the duration of your stay in the season.   Please understand that this apartment is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Additional services: Linen sets, high chair and travel cot you can of course charge extra to book.   An extensive cycling and hiking trails network allows you to visit the neighboring Heiligendamm, the seaside resort of Kühlungsborn, the cathedral city of Bad Doberan or Warnemünde on foot or by bicycle.    In this spirit we wish you unforgettable days in Börgerende.   * * *

Your holiday address "Haus Seegras" is located only 300 m from the Baltic Sea. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and the Baltic Sea beach is only 5 minutes walk. The quiet and attractive new construction preserves the original character of the beautiful Mecklenburg fishing and farming village. On a quiet and romantic beach you will find a beach section with excellent water quality. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at your expense. Nature lovers will know Borgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk through the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a drive to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting and relaxing stay.
