The quiet 3-room apartment offers 72 square meters of space enough for 4 people. The sunlit apartment has a bedroom, a & # 147; room with fold-out sofa bed, and a spacious living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
The south-west location and 2 large balconies offer a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the & # 132; Villenresort Ostseestrand & # 147 ;.
Individuality and attention to detail are at the forefront of the maritime interior.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (each 180 x 200cm). The living room has a comfortable corner couch and an adjustable relaxation lounger overlooking the sea. The spacious daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large vanity, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. The apartment was completed with 3 flat-screen TVs (49 or 43 inches) and thus prepared for a differentiated television taste of the guests.
In the colder months, the underfloor heating provides cuddly warmth.
Directly in front of the house is a flat own parking space.
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Additional services: Linen sets, highchair and travel cot are chargeable.
