Modern and lovingly furnished 3 room apartment about 64 square meters on the 1st floor. The apartment, with far sea view from the balcony - only 200 m. away from the Baltic Sea beach, there is plenty of space for families with up to 2 children or 4 adults.
From the living room you have access to the spacious balcony with table and 4 chairs. From here you can enjoy the sea view and watch the beautiful evening sun over a glass of wine. The living room has a coach with matching armchair and a dining table with 4 chairs. For entertainment, a 49-inch flat-screen TV, a Bluray player and a mini-stereo system are available.
The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (180x200 cm) and a sliding door wardrobe, as well as another flat screen TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleats.
The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower with overhead shower, a towel radiator and a vanity with large mirror, storage and hair dryer.
In the fully equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. (4-ring ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, fridge with freezer, a, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, Dolce Gusto, toaster, etc.)

If you love to stay in places which are well decorated and which have been designed to make you fell comfortable and at home, choose this property. It is very clear that somebody has given more than a thought to every little detail in the place. The wonderful surroundings will also help to make your experience even more pleasant. Enjoy the susnset by the beach and ride a bike along the paths.
