A Beautiful spot for a mini getaway with the family!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—every window offered a Stunning view, & the ocean was just a short walk away. The walk back up the slight hill gave us a bit of a workout, but it was totally worth it. The ocean views were truly breathtaking, especially from the relaxing deck & even the jacuzzi. The weather was perfect during our stay, & we were lucky enough to spot some starfish at the beach. We loved this place & are already planning to return!!!

This house was beautiful, had plenty of room for our 15 people staying, 8 that were 18 and over, five ages 12-17, 2 yo and 2 month old. Pretty close to the beach, just walk down the steep road a ways. Beautiful views of the ocean from the large windows. Hot tub was nice. Parking was the only big issue we ran across, since it said four vehicles, but we could only fit three, and one had to be in the garage, and have someone move in order to leave. Locks on the bathroom doors would have been nice, and more washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. One queen bed upstairs was broken, so it was off kilter. A couple more comforters would have been nice, since we had a lot of people. None of these are complaints, just suggestions for improving the experience! A large pot to cook in would have also been nice, but I had packed one, so we were good there. Overall, wonderful house, everything went smoothly, and a good time was had by all.

We had a group of 11 of us, with an age range of 24-96 this property was perfect for our group! Close enough to the beach for us to walk the beach & for those that did not walk the beach they enjoyed the wonderful view of the beach! The home itself was very spacious & comfortable; all raved about the homeyness!

This house was cozy and spacious for our group of 14. The master bedroom was huge! The hot tub was always hot and a plus. It seemed that all the downstairs kitchen utensils and dishes were upstairs, but we mostly used the upstairs kitchen. The view was amazing from both stories. 2 of the porches were covered so we were able to enjoy some time outside even when it rained. The only complaint were the coffee cups were tiny, but it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed our stay!

Our extended family (13) stayed at this property for a week in July '23. It was just right for our needs. All of the adult couples got their own bedrooms. 4 of the kids got to sleep in the bunk room (those bunk beds are pretty squeaky though). The pull out couch on the lower level really shouldn't be considered for a bed as the mattress was incredibly thin and well worn. We thought ahead and were able to bring an air mattress. Location to town and the beach was great. We got visits from deer in the back yard almost nightly. They were great to see so close. A few things to know about before your stay... there were 4 beach towels, so bring your own if you head to the beach. The cooking knives were flimsy and dull. We ended up buying one at the Dollar Tree that worked better for our stay (and we left that behind). There were plenty of plates/cups/etc for our large group. Enough storage to keep all the food we needed as well. The Hot tub was a fabulous bonus. The lighting throughout the home left a lot to be seen. Even with lamps in the bedrooms it was very dark in the lower level. The main living space has poor lighting after the sun sets. This made our puzzle loving family struggling :-) .The driveway itself only holds three cars. The garage can fit a Sedan, but no SUV/Crossover. We would stay there again despite the minor flaws.

Had a group of family stay overnight with plenty of room and a beautiful ocean view. There was plenty of room for everyone! Close to the beach and all of the cooking equipment we needed. A little costly given the cleaning fee for one night stay and my account with the agency didn’t have the door code when checking in like VRBO said, but the staff were helpful, kind, and quickly responsive.

We never were able to stay at this house. We booked this house July 8, for 12 people, for a week, to arrive September 24. September 18, we were informed the dishwasher was unavailable. They would have disposable dining ware for our use. And they hoped to have it fixed the next day. September 22, we were informed the "decks" were unavailable. We really wanted use of the hot tub, and clarified if the hot tub was included in the "decks". They informed us renovations were taking place and the house was now totally unavailable. We had 6 people coming from New York for this trip, totally unacceptable to be informed 2 days before our arrival we were unable to use the house reserved 2-1/2 months previous. Meredith Lodging's only attempt at compensation was a different house at a higher rate, less one day, leaving our NY 6 without lodging for a night. We were fortunate to find a different house on our own to serve our needs.

The living spaces are large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable and all in all it was a wonderful layout for our family. The two things that were not so great were that the sun beats into the living room in the evening and the AC can't keep up so it's very hot and the kitchenware was very cheap, the knives were dull and I had to go buy dishtowels and dishsoap.

Great house over all. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc. It is ideal for multiple families. It is in a really nice location. Close to a beautiful beach. We had only small issues like a lack of kitchen towels and beach towels, which, unfortunately, the management company was unable to address.

We had the best experience with Merrideth Lodging. Their customer service is second to none. The house was super clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. After our first night there, I received a text message that read "We wanted to check in and make sure your vacation is off to a great start! If there is anything we can do, please let us know. You can text/call this number." How great is that? I will rent from Merrideth Lodging again next time I am here. Highly recommend!!!

Has a steep driveway so be prepared for a hike to and from the beach. Also, the main living area of the house is on the second floor, so don't use this home if stairs are a problem. But the house served our family well and had lots of room. It has 2 kitchens which was fortunate because the main kitchen oven did not work but the second one did. The property manager quickly sent over more wash cloths when we asked. We did not have any other issues and would happily stay at this home again for another cozy family beach vacation.

Wonderful view. Lots of space for a large group. Close beach access. The home could use a bit of TLC. The lower level is a great space for children to hag out. . Of note, it could use new carpet in the main area and new kitchen flooring. There were no items for cooking or eating in the lower level kitchen. The upper floor is better kept up. However 4 of the 5 deck chairs are broken. The kitchen cabinet doors need a good cleaning. The barbecue grill was left a mess by previous group and the strikers on the stove go off the whole time you are cooking even on burners not being used.

House was large enough for the family. Hot tub was nice and the views were fantastic. Parking was tricky but we figured it out. The only problems were the grill was very dirty and not being able to work the air conditioner. The new wifi setup was tricky also. Signal was weak. I guess if you are going to charge so much for cleaning I would expect the grill to be in a condition that we could have used it. Overall I loved the house.

We really enjoyed this house. Clean and without any unpleasant odors. Had a large group and each person had a space. The front windows run the length of the building and have an amazing view. Close to a beach entrance, although up a steep hill. But perhaps that's just good exercise. :) Decent hot tub and the upper deck was also very nice. The master bedroom is large with a sitting area and interesting lighting for the bed. The one large negative for our group was the parking. I believe that you are allowed 4 cars, but the space available and especially the angle required to enter the driveway was very tough at times. Over flow cars had to be parked at the casino. But if you have fewer and smaller cars this won't be an issue. Overall I would highly recommend this house.

Nice place, but the upstairs windows need to be washed on the outside as there is a salty layer on them. The master bedroom needs the carpet re stretched before some one trips and hurts them selves. Also more storage for groceries would be nice as there was no real place to but food that did not need to be refrigerated. We did have trouble with the WiFi and that took multiple calls and about 24 hours to fix. Over all loved the house and location! Everyone loved the views and it was a nice easy walk to the beach and had a nice place to park at the entrance to the beach not far from the house.

Overall a good experience. Lots of room for family and home was stocked with lots of cookware. Excellent ocean view. Only downside was the flooring which was worn and stained. Couple of chairs were in need of recovering as well. Especially the entry stairs. Good spot for a family reunion however

Our all adult family of 8 fit perfectly in this home! Plenty of space for all! Everything was fantastic. The view from upstairs and the deck was beautiful! Only a block away from the Public Beach Access Point! Every amenity was spot on. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, washer and dryer, full kitchens, 3 nice sized bathrooms, Hot Tub was great! Loved being able to plug our Fire Stick into the TV on the 1 rainy day that we had. We didn't use the BBQ, so no review on it. The hose by the hot tub was great for rinsing off after a beach trip! Only a couple of things to note to be fixed/changed: the faucet handle to the hose was broken so very sharp to use. Two of the upstairs bedroom windows that open did not have screens on them to keep bugs out. One, if left open, could be used to gain access to the home because it's right by the deck stairs...not safe. More ceiling fans or a stronger House fan or more windows upstairs that open would be nice; to attempt to keep the upstairs cool during warm weather. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with this property!
