Charlie's Place was completely renovated in 1999, restoring the original knotty pine paneling and wood floors. Walk from the living room to the spacious beach front deck with only a few steps to the sand. Let the kids play on the beach under your watchful eye while you enjoy your favorite book from the comfort of indoors. Witness the brilliant colors of a majestic sunset or the power of waves crashing during a winter storm...all available at Charlie's Place!

Great place to stay for a family gathering. Beautiful ocean views and great deck and living area. Two suggestions - add some decent drawers for storage in each bedroom and have some good equipment for cleaning the living room windows (did this twice during the week with the garden hose and a.bathroom squeegie that was taped to a broom stick which wasn't ideal). Kitchen and other supplies were very well stocked. Would return.

The proximity to the beach was the best thing about the house. We appreciated the two king sized beds as a few sleep on them at home. Kitchen was well stocked - more pots and pans as well as dishes. That became important with 8 people and mostly eating at home. We greatly enjoyed this home. It was a little more than we usually spend but was well worth it.

We absolutely loved this property. We will have lasting memories due to our child getting engaged on the beach right behind the property! It was stunning!! Loved the property and the location. It was a fantastic rental.

Some of The electrical plugs in the north bedroom did not work. The mattress in middle bedroom was so broken down it could not be slept on. Some of the plastic glass wear was broken would not hold liquids. There were only a couple of teaspoons. No bath soaps in any of the bathrooms. Plenty of towels and dishes and pots and pans. The house is obviously old with creaking floors and doors. Not a great place for very young infants trying to sleep.
