Location is far from city center Luzern There is no lift option so we have to carry luggages to 3rd floor by our hands

The room was spacious and the private bath was fine. The location was good as well.
It was difficult to locate the property. We did so with the help of a neighbor who said this happens all of the time. It would have been nice if the fact that the room was on the fourth floor was disclosed prior to booking instead of saying upper floor. I know that there is a heat wave going on but it was really warm on the 4th floor and one small fan was not enough. We had to sleep with the windows wide open and heard the noises from the street. We were also given the wrong code for the door.

The room was nice with a pleasant decor. There were sufficient facilities for me and my family.
The room was too hot and smelt a bit musty. There was a hair in the shower. The fan in the bathroom blew out big clumps of dust which went all over my clothes and toiletries.
