About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment of 72 sqm near the sea in the heart of the historic center of Monterosso al Mare, composed of: two double bedrooms with Air Conditioning and Safes, living room with Air Conditioning and 42 "Satellite TV, WiFi, equipped kitchen bathroom with large shower and washing machine, a balcony that overlooks the main street of the town.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need, it can accommodate up to four people, the house is very bright and equipped with independent heating.
At about 1 km you reach the train station, from the nearby marina on the sea (150 meters), ferries depart daily for excursions in the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
The owner is always available for advice and information, in order to make your holiday pleasant and unforgettable.

Excellent location for exploring the Cinque Terre. An easy walk from the train station with luggage. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Would recommend to anyone visiting this are.

A beautiful apartment located in the heart of Old Town Monterosso. The apartment was immaculate with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to transportation, sights, and shopping. Enzo was a most gracious host.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is close to everything and walking from the train is easy. Perfectly clean and stocked with everything we needed.

I doubt there's a better location in Monterosso. Just 5mins walk to the start of the famous blue trail hike to Venazza and only ten minutes to the train station. The apartment is in the centre surrounded by shops wine bars and restaurants overlooking the main street Via Roma. Yet inside is a peaceful retreat where you can escape the heat and bustle of the day and enjoy a restful nights sleep.Bright and tastefully decorated the apartment is roomy with 2 genuine double bedrooms and lots of wardrobe space. The large beds were super comfortable and the wifi and aircon extremely efficient as were all of the many appliances provided. We didn't cook but it would have been relatively easy to eat in as the kitchen makes good use of it space and is well equipped with largely new appliances .Enzo has also provided many of those basic ingredients necessary for all types of cooking.The bathroom is large enough and boasts a great shower and again many smaller necessities are provided.It's a flat walk from the railway station and the directions were spot on. Check in was very straightforward. Enzo is a very genuine and generous host who went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. He provided detailed recommendations and info of restaurants and the general area.His shop is almost opposite and he is easily contacted.We had a great holiday enjoyed meeting Enzo and staying in his beautiful apartment. A return trip is very much on the cards.
