About this apartment rental
Casa Carlicchia is located on the third floor of a condo and has a large private rooftop terrace furnished with lounge chairs, and a seating area with panoramic views of the 5 terre coastline. The terrace is accessed via an external staircase. In the apartment there is a large living room with two large glass doors that open onto a balcony with sea veiw that is also accessed from the double room. The dining area is furnished with a large glass table that seats 6 people and has double doors that open onto a second balcony which also has a sea view. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds that cannot be joined to form a double bed and access to a balcony with sea views. The bathroom is dated but functional with a large shower. This property is a perfect choice for families of 4
The decor is casual but very pleasant with a mix of antique and modern, original art and a Nautical feeling.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for bed linen.
City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s spacious, spotless, and clearly very well cared for. The views are truly amazing and the location is perfect. There are two grocery stores within about two blocks, the train station is roughly four blocks away, and the beach is right there, making everything super easy and convenient.The only small hiccup was that the washing machine was broken when we arrived and couldn’t be repaired during our stay. We worked around it by using a local laundromat, which did affect our timing slightly (we had to pick up clothes by 7 PM and it was closed the following day). That said, we just rolled with it, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed being there.Overall, this was an excellent stay in every way that mattered. The apartment is clearly cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, and we loved every minute here! Lots of stairs (60) with no elevator, so be aware of that, but we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfectly located apartment with a gorgeous view. I found it as described with an easy check in and good communication from the host. Renters should note it is a three story walk up but is is absolutely worth the view.

Phenomenal view from the apartment!!! Very convenient to the Monterosso train station. Quaint, light filled apartment.
