The property was clean and had most essentials/ utensils. Good location from town centre and was easy to find. Great for a work stay or 2-3 nights for a family. The hosts were lovely and ensured we had a multitude of ways to contact them.

The top floor was extremely creaky which was a constant disruption our children when sleeping. The property also needs some TLC. Definitely more of a work stay location.

Perfect stay in Swansea

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and cooking appliances you could ever need. The bathroom was shower/bath combination. Shower was amazing! The bedrooms were comfortable and had tv's in every room . Perfect if your a family with children. There was also a space to park a car at the back of the house in the garden. The team were always so helpful with just a text message away if you have any concerns . They are quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble. The location of the property is not far from Swansea Morfa with a good range of shops. Morrisons is 5 mins away by car. There are also bus stops at the bottom of the street to link to Swansea .

Privacy invaded - Someone accessed the property without any notice — this was shocking and unacceptable. A simple heads-up is all we expect.

The quick turn around when there was an issue

Dirty gardens even with dangerous elements for the kids, not hand soap in the toilet, not soap in the kitchen, broke living room table, just 4 chairs although the house is for more people

The value for money report wasn't fair. The property needs to be repaired as there are marks everywhere. We noticed a lot of mould around all windows!

Everything as expected. Good value for money. Clean, spacius, car parking at the rear, good broadband, good facilities. Comfortable mattresses. Would use it again.

The bed without duvet cover . And we send 2 emails to them and no any action from them. Also the force us to leave and didn’t give us the option to check out later !!

The property has off road parking but the parking bays provided at the rear of the property would need to get through the road kerb to get into the parking area.

Some dampness smell at the property. The window at the living room was leaking and it nearly damage my laptop. The response from the owner is not as quick as we anticipating and although we asked for a late checkout but this was not confirmed until hours on the day of departure.

Good location but not all of the property is shown in the photos before booking

Great location for local amenities but the area itself isn’t great . Good views from the back of property . Bedrooms are clean and the Beds are comfortable. Good to have a washing machine . Quick replies to any issues and issues being dealt with through WhatsApp. I would probably stay here for work but not a break away with your family .

We had to clean the oven trays before using them . Radiators are FULL of dust and dirt throughout the property. The hover has a smell of pet hair to it and it had just been used before our arrival . I used the hover myself during our stay and it smelt awful. No washing line but the hosts bought us an airer to use . Washing up liquid was watered down . Parking at the back of the property, the curb hasn’t been dropped , we have to bump our car up and down it when parking and pulling away . The back garden that leads you down from the car park space is on levels , if you can’t do steps you will need a permit to park at the front of the property . The steps are uneven in places . The property is a terrace , the neighbours are polite but one has a dog that barks every time you use the garden so you can’t really sit on the patio area quietly, The garden needs a lot of attention. The window areas and handles all need a good clean . The freezer needs defrosting . The door to the bathroom has dropped and gets stuck . The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked under the sink and the floorboards move under the tiles . Soap dish needs replacing .

Told this place is suitable for contractors not for weekends away.

In a run down area. Very steep concreted over “garden” to get to entrance. Metal stairs down from car park area don’t touch the ground...propped up by breeze blocks and a wooden block. Green and black mould around the entrance. Inside smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Dirty microwave. Couldn’t get WiFi to work. Stained table mats. Dried damp stains on ceiling and wall.

uitjes in omgeving waren leuk, huis op zich was fijn maar mag veel gedaan worden aan meubels.

de grote van het huis.

heel veel. de banken waren vies en flink doorgezakt, de magnetron was verroest, de diepvries was geheel aangekoekt met ijs konden met moeite 1 vak gebruiken. deur van koelkast had nog maar 1 felshouder. ventilator in badkamer was zeer smerig. de vloer op overloop en badkamer kraken vreselijk. geen kapstok. er hangen verschillende klokken die niet werken. we hadden heel veel afval met 5 personen nergens staat beschreven waar je dat moet laten. er miste 1 afstandbediening contact over gehad is nooit meer gebracht. nergens geen uitleg over hoe de cv werkt. tip zou zijn leg een informatie map weg met gebruiksaanwijzing voor dingen. afzuigkap licht werkte niet en was niet echt schoon. en dat alles afgeteldis op precies 5 personen wat inhoud dat je steeds moet afwassen als je iets extra wil gevruiken. keuken gerei pannen messen is allemaal aan vervanging toe. kast met lades op slaapkamer die niet open kan vanwege verwarming.vieze dekbedden. zie verder de fotos. voor maar 5 mensen stoelen dus visite wat je krijg kan nergens zitten. eettafel veel te klein.

Après 2 expériences décevantes avec KG, je suis réconcilié et reviendrais dans ce lieu sans retenue.

J'ai apprécié le calme, la tranquillité, l'espace, la moquette partout où c'était possible, café thé et sucre en quantité suffisante pour le séjour.
