The area The lack of lighting Arrived in the dark due to unforeseen circumstances but no sensor lighting, the number on the door could not be seen, we walked up and down the street looking for the house! The house numbers made no sense! Old bedding that had been washed so many times Toilet seat up and toilet bowl stained! We looked around the house and left! I always book all my holidays and breaks with Booking.com but cannot understand this house getting a high score

a complete disappointment :(

It was good that the house was close to the city center.

the beds were quite uncomfortable, including the duvet pillow and mattresses. There was not even a wardrobe in the master bedroom and it was a very narrow and boring room. the carpets on the floor were dirty and moreover, all the ceilings of the house were cobwebbed. there was a table almost about to break and only 2 chairs and we were 4 people in the house. The garden is also quite dirty. the hanging curtains in the living room were broken so we had to sit in the dark in the evening. The most incredible thing was that they entered the house and left a chair while we were not at home. This was officially an invasion of our privacy and it was not pleasant. In short, the host was a very sweet girl, that's all.

A good stay

Property had good starting amenities which made it easier having cutlery was useful, providing of spare bedding was a nice touch, easy access few shops nearby,in terms of entertainment it was handy to have Netflix but also access to other streaming apps :)

The radiator in the bathroom is very hot it can cause burn if not careful to overcome that had to put towel to prevent accidental contact

Be careful opening the curtains!

The house is a grand location, serviced well by buses, street is quiet, the house was clean, warm and well presented.

Just before we left upon opening the curtains the pole fell down on top of me leaving a hole in the ceiling and plaster dust on the floor. I took a photo which I sent to Shannon straight away and told her what happened. I didn't hear back from her till later where she claimed she never got the message and asked for me to transfer money privately rather than go through booking.com, the implication being that this would be more hassle for all involved. I found this unprofessional and a bit suspect, not to mind Shannon's language unnecessarily accusatory and aggressive

The coffe and tea for the morning was really good. The property is clean and tidy. The whole hose has a really good style. I book here on my next visit too if I can.

The dishes in the kitchen were not clean at all. They should be checked between occupants. The carpets are old and a little smelly. The outdoor areas are very neglected and detract from the attractiveness of the place.

Everything. The house was absolutely stunning, the outside didn’t do justice to the inside. The rooms were immaculate not even a speck of dust could be found ! The facilities were perfect we had everything we needed and more. The location was also perfect as there was a bus stop literally five minutes from the house that had a bus every 15/20 minutes which was handy. There weren’t many shops close by but the Co-op and the off license kept us going for the duration of our trip.
