Pleasant

The hospitality of the hosts was awesome. The property could do with a sweep before new clients come in. There is a notice up for clients to sweep and leave the property as it was and I don't think the owners check before renting it out. I had to sweep the floors because they were too dusty for my family. Also, it took us a great time to figure out how to use the new induction hob. Instructions would have been helpful. It was a comfortable stay overall.

Tram 9 to Metro and you are in Paris in 30-40 minutes. Very clean with fully loaded kitchen. Supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants within a block! Very convenient if you have kids. Highly recommended!

The garden.

The host wants clients to clean the house before check-out. It was told me when I asked for check-out. This is not mentioned in booking.com policies. Even I reminded this fact, the host insisted on his claims that it is mandatory for check-out.

Nice but could be better, only for sleeping

The outdoor space is really nice, you can just chill in the end of the day, drinking wine and enjoying the day. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable and we had a pleasant sleep. At night it is real dark and quite. The baby cot was really nice as well, our child slept long and well. We liked the shower, it worked without any problem providing hot water and you can even air conditioning the bathroom by opening the small window in it. A quite nice drive to Paris taking into consideration that the place is a different town at all. The TV is good, you have Netflix, lots of channels, nice thing to use.

First of all, it is very very wet. We had this feeling of everything being wet, the bed, clothes, literally everything. And very very cold, especially in the morning. That is crazy. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped, there were no rags, no mugs. Then were were provided with ones, but still, why not giving the items from the very beginning? The grill was shared. It was waiting next to our door one day 1, so we considered we could use it, so we did and then the next morning it was gone. Nobody asked if we would use it once again and we actually wanted to. Simply brought away. Why not saying from the beginning the grill is actually shared? Too little privacy. The house is not actually a vacation house like it is described on the profile, it is more like an annexe to the whole thing. The outdoor space is shared, they hear and see you, you hear and see them. When it comes to the wardrobes, there is no space for clothes. You can either throw the clothes all together in one wardrobe in the sleeping room, or leave them on the couch, chairs or in your luggage. Not convenient.

The owner were lovely and caring. Always ready to help. The flat was at a great distance from Paris and Disneyland. A parking space was available for us to use. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Emplacement idéal à 2 min du tramway, au calme avec terrasse, jardin, lits confortables, lapin rigolo.

Sérieux problèmes d'électricité et de plomberie, pas de wifi. Même en respectant scrupuleusement les consignes, le wc peine à se vider correctement et il a tendance a fuir par le dessous. Le débit d'eau est globalement très faible. Ils nous mettent à disposition une bouilloire et un sèche-cheveux mais c'est inutile car dès que vous les mettez en marche ça fait tout disjoncter.

Lieu magnifique, MAIS 1 fois pas 2 !

L'emplacement par rapport au Centre de Vitry, Et comment aller à Paris depuis la location. Le cadre extérieur, studio en bout de jardin très sympa.

- La communication qui est sur un ton directif ! Poubelle sortie entre autres on a l'habitude des Airbnb, on est très respectueux des lieux, mais on a jamais eu de telles demande, tout du moins sur ce ton, quand au départ. Et l'arrivée était sur un ton déjà très sec, nous n'aurions pas répondu assez vite, (moins de 15mn après la demande de notre heure d'arrivée) on a eu droit à un : vous ne nous avez pas répondu, donc Désolé pour cette attente, en gros on attend et on l'a ferme, alors que pour nous c'était ok. - Le chauffage pas mis, à peine 15 degrés dans l'appartement pendant plus de 5h (fin de journée et nuit) carrelages au sol, après plusieurs demandes pour avoir au moins 2 couvertures ou bien un chauffage, un chauffage nous a été déposé, mais qui ne fonctionnaient pas.... Une température normale aux alentours de 19 degrés est enfin atteinte à 23h et + et avant, malgré des discussions inutiles, il ne faisait pas 16 degrés ! - Nous avons eu droit à des qualificatifs que nous sommes frileux car nous venons du bled ou que nous avons l'habitude du chauffage car nous vivons en HLM ! Sur quels fondements ? Peut-être notre foulard, alors que les propriétaires sont eux maghrébins, bravo. Au passage, nous venons de Nancy, et nous vivons en Résidence ! Et quand bien même nous venions du bled, ou que nous vivions en HLM, il est intolérable d'entendre de tels propos. - l'électricité ne suit pas, il y a eu plusieurs fois le compteur qui saute. - Et pour finir, nous avons oublié une montre, nous ne remettons pas en question le fait qu'ils ne l'aient pas retrouvé, sauf qu'après notre départ il n'y a pas eu selon les propriétaires, d'intervention autre qu'eux. Par contre, ils se sont permis de me demander si ce ne serait pas une des personnes m'accompagnant qui aurait pu prendre la montre ! Je pense savoir encore avec qui je voyage.

Super sejour

Espace et chambres très convivial, emplacement plutôt bon pour visiter Paris etc. Très bon accueil. Merci pour la souplesse, on a pu déposer les valises en arrivant 1h plutôt que prévu.

Peut-être hiver mettre un tapis par terre pour que le sol soit moins froid.

Une belle option pour profiter de Paris.

Logement complet et abordable, très bien desservi par le transport en commun. C’est très facile de profiter pleinement de Paris et ses environs. Lamia et sa famille sont charmants, serviables et accommodants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Merci pour votre accueil et votre compréhension.

Le divan-lit n’est pas confortable alors je ne compterais pas sur cette option pour le séjour.

Famille très accueillante avec le cœur sur la main. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Mon amie et moi avons également effectuer une prestation coiffure par l'hôte dans son salon , des mains en or je recommande !

Bien situé et agréable, malgré quelques manques en équipement et entretien.

L’environnement est idéal : tout est à proximité. Le logement se situe dans une rue pavillonnaire, au cœur d’un quartier urbain et multiculturel. La proximité des transports est un véritable atout, tout comme celle de Paris et de sa banlieue. Le logement est agréable, en particulier sa terrasse. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs.

Le manque de produits ménagers et la propreté de certains ustensiles laissent à désirer. Il manquait également des serviettes, une serpillière et des torchons. Je pense qu’il serait utile de mettre en place un système permettant à chaque locataire d’avoir une clé ou un code d’accès, afin que le couvre-feu instauré entre minuit et 5h00 ne devienne pas un frein — même si cela ne m’a pas posé de problème personnellement.

Une impression normale pour un tel prix, nous reviendrons !

Tout était parfait, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour un hébergement, une literie blanche et propre. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent !

La machine à café n'était pas très propre, mais je pense que les hôtes vont la réparer 😉

pas très pratique en particulier de horaires pour entrer ou sortir le soir après minuit logement en hauteur derrière le pavillon des propriétaires, même pas d'éclairage du chemin menant au logement le soir cette pente pas facile avec une valise de 30kg ce logement correspond plus à une location chez l'habitant

Les arrets intempestifs de l’électricité en effet il etait impossible de mettre un equipement en marche sans que le dijoncteur ne dijoncte , les restrictions dans l’utilisation des WC

Propre, fonctionnel, bien situé. A recommander.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, bonne literie, équipements en suffisance, accueil sympa et rapide. Un supermarché à 100 mètres qui est bien pratique pour des achats de première nécessité.

Salle de bains un peu vieillotte (pommeau de douche à moitié fonctionnel) mais cependant très propre.
