The riad entrance and the location were great, right in the heart of the medina. They offered us a tour during our stay, as well as breakfast on our last day. The owner was also very responsive.
The shared bathroom was on the top floor and was really small. We could barely bend over, and when sitting on the toilet, our knees were almost touching the wall in front of us. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have a window, I didn’t even know that was legal. We had to ask for a fan so we wouldn’t suffocate during the night. There also seemed to be some mold on the ceiling of our room.

Great location, very nice guy at the reception.
The inside of the Riad is very closed of, without much airflow to the outside, which made it a generally really moist climate during Winter. Most of our clothes felt damp afterwards, and we really felt the difference when going outside.
The wall in the bathroom was really moldy, which I can imagine is just a winter problem, still would be uncomfortable for a longer stay.
