Gorgeous Moroccan-style place in the middle of the medina. Super friendly and kind staff. Great view from terrace. Will come again!

Nothing I disliked but good to note steep stairs in case of mobility issues. We got a bit lost a few tomes trying to make our way to Zoco riad and asking for directions were shiwn to Sokko riad :) Yes, similarly named place near by so be clear if asking around!

Basic transport arrangement service is fundamental to any hotel. Here, it was horrible. For arrival, I asked about taxi pickup at the port, and was messaged that it’s a 10 minute walk. With luggage and a moderate hill climb through winding cobblestone Medina alleys, walking is an option, but not with more than light luggage and easy if you happen to arrive in Morocco knowing how to navigate Medina alleys. They could have simply told us to get a taxi at the port. That is what I would recommend for many travelers. When leaving, we MISSED our bus to Chefchaouen and had to pay for private taxi due to staff indifference. They post taxi service with rates at the reception. We had trusted the staff , with ample notice, to book a taxi to the CTM bus station but the taxi never arrived. The staff member shrugged his shoulders. We could have easily walked to the street to get our taxi instead of relying on their “service”. Shame on me for trusting them on such a basic but fundamental task.
