    Air conditioning doesn’t work. Damp in rooms. Bathroom doors don’t close as rotten due to damp. It’s really run down no way it’s 4 star hotel. Only good thing was staff tried to help whatever they can, clean bedding.

    This hotel should not be allowed to operate. Driving to it, feels its abandoned. The only positive thing about it, room was big with balcony and views. Needs updating and lots and lots of differed maintenance.

    I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, I found that there were no TV channels, no bath towels, and no tissues provided in the room. These are basic amenities that every guest should expect. The most disappointing part of my stay was the behavior of the front desk receptionist. When I called to request bath towels, he became rude, raised his voice at me, and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. He even said, “I don’t work for you.” I was shocked by this response, as I was simply asking for basic items that should have been available in the room. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope the hotel management investigates this incident, provides proper training to its staff, and ensures that future guests do not experience the same poor treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
