    Air conditioning doesn’t work. Damp in rooms. Bathroom doors don’t close as rotten due to damp. It’s really run down no way it’s 4 star hotel. Only good thing was staff tried to help whatever they can, clean bedding.

    This hotel should not be allowed to operate. Driving to it, feels its abandoned. The only positive thing about it, room was big with balcony and views. Needs updating and lots and lots of differed maintenance.

    I had never been to Morocco before and I ended up at a great place. The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was good and it was close to the ferry to Spain. They found a taxi driver to take me around the city and it was amazing.
