For me like people, I couldn't know that it is taking me to old town and in small streets, it was really difficult to reach by walk, because no one was able to help us properly, lately we came ro know that at old town entrance we have been called to hotel and they send someone to guid us towards hotel, but with luggage I dont prefer, because cars cannot reach there properly.
Nothing .....Perhaps it was different experience

It’s at the heart of the market and can be noisy at night. The location not good for people with disabilities.

Extremely helpful owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Once inside the building it looks amazing.
A bit of an obscure spot in old Medina - challenging to find and with luggage makes it harder to get there.

In the breakfast area is not appropriate that people are smoking, in the bathroom don’t have hooks for
